The room was spacious, a suite actually, and very clean. The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. My child accidentally scraped their leg, and a staff member immediately came to inquire, offered a bandage, and even called later to check up on us. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. Choosing the half-board option (breakfast and dinner included) saved a lot of time looking for places to eat. There are many dining options available, a barbershop downstairs, and the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym. Overall, the experience was great.

For my entire UAE trip, I booked Marriott hotels, and this Courtyard by Marriott in Abu Dhabi was truly excellent. The location is superb; just tell the taxi driver 'WTC mall' and you can't go wrong. The beach is a mere five-minute walk away, offering distant views of the Presidential Palace. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and it felt like the main dishes changed daily. The service was great too; the lobby staff helped us with taxis every day and were very enthusiastic. Right next to the hotel, there's a Middle Eastern restaurant called 'Seaside' which is very local and incredibly affordable – a meal for two won't cost more than 100 AED, and you'll definitely have leftovers! Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing. Pros: • The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront. • The room was spacious and generally clean. • Breakfast was decent. • The hotel provided breakfast as a compensation for noise issues. Major cons (deal-breaker): • The hotel has two nightclubs inside the building — one on the 2nd floor and another on the top floor. • The music is extremely loud. We could clearly hear and feel the bass on the 8th floor, while the club was located on the 16th. • We almost did not sleep at all during the first night. • It is honestly hard to understand how a hotel positions itself as a place to stay while operating nightclubs with this level of noise. • The nightclub crowd and overall atmosphere at night seriously damage the feeling of safety and comfort. • The lobby is very small and feels underwhelming. • The rooftop pool is pointless — very small and not suitable for real relaxation. Bottom line: This is not a hotel for rest or sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or expect a comfortable stay, avoid this place. It may only suit guests who come specifically for nightlife and do not plan to sleep.

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

The room was great, and the price was very reasonable. The bathroom was also good. The location is decent, with a Chinese supermarket and a small Chinese restaurant not too far away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite for free. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

The front desk is tiny, and so is the lobby. The Starbucks in the lobby is actually bigger than the front desk. I had to wait for a room inspection before checking out, which is something I haven't experienced in many years. The bathroom is really old-fashioned. The hairdryer and magnifying mirror are installed incredibly high – you'd need to be at least 180cm tall to use them comfortably. And to top it off, there were mosquitoes at night! I barely got any sleep.

3nights booking Fri-Mon, every morning got a call if I am checking out and staff not respecting do not distirb sign. TV shutting down or Netflix freezing 5-6 times during 3 day visit and it took two calls and 45 mins for Technician to come and fix it the first time, other 4-5 times I just switched TV off/on and service came back. Room service at 17.30 on Saturday took 1hr to deliver our food, also missing extra lemons and chilli. Next day ordered ice from room service which never arrived... Asked front desk for house keeping at 14.00 and hang the roome service please sign, never got room service that day. Nice large bed, good view, good food. Pleasant people but very poorly organized operation. Sofas and furnitures could use a little upgrade & TLC, windows could be washed from time to me 🤭

I fixed those parts and kept your point clearer. Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was great, the bathroom was huge, and I loved that the window actually opens — check the pictures 😄 Parking was available and convenient, and overall I was very happy with everything. The only small downside is that there’s no lift, but the staff helped with the bags so it wasn’t a big issue. One thing I didn’t like was the checkout day situation. During my whole stay from Sunday to Friday (5 nights), I never asked for room cleaning because everything was already clean. I only called daily to ask for water and coffee. But on the checkout day only, they suddenly said I had to pay for the water because checkout time had started. I found that a bit strange and disappointing, especially considering they saved cleaning time, cleaning materials, manpower, and even helped the environment because I never requested housekeeping. In some hotels abroad, guests actually get appreciated for that — for example vouchers, free drinks at the bar, discounts on food, or complimentary chocolates — simply because they choose not to waste water, electricity, and cleaning products every day. Other than that, I was genuinely happy with my stay 😊

The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
