3-Star Hotels in Pigeon Forge

Beautiful home with ALL of the amenities! Our family enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and shooting pool while watching football after long days at Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. Patriot Park is a very short drive, and you can purchase an all-day trolley pass for $3 there. The location is perfect! You get a beautiful mountain view from the balcony and living room, while still being close to everything and not having to worry about traveling curvy mountain roads to get to the cabin. We will definitely be back!

We travelled from NKY for a weekend of soccer. The Inn By The River was so accommodating and helpful that we will definitely be staying here next time. They helped arrange rooms all together for 50+ people, equipment, food etc. We had NO issues or complaints when we left.

Breakfast was not good. The typical hotels have decent eggs and did not have any variety day to day. They did seem to take good care of the facility, it wasn't perfect, but is nice. I would go back again and maybe skip the breakfast or get a waffle.

I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

Great place nice grab and go breakfast even during pandemic. Only thing missing was hot tub but had a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

Everybody that worked there was so friendly! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We walked across the street for dinner to a barbecue place.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Lots of options. Room was clean. Elevator was extremely slow. Everybody was constantly waiting on it and their pool is down for maintenance with no compensation whatsoever given.

Overall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother. During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression. The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided. One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time. For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣 Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.
