3-Star Hotels in Tunis

The hotel is in a very heart of the city and all the important monuments are in the walking distance. The room is clean and all hotel staff is very kind and attentive. The breakfast is served very fast. It was really good experience and I would repeat my stay at this hotel.

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy

Nice hotel, clean good service and a nice breakfast, booked with a good price, although the reciption asked for a 12dt fee but it was okay, recommended, the only downside is the location as there is not much to see there

I think the location is excellent; close to the medina, very close to the train station and a walk to the tram for Carthage. My room was great; very comfy firm bed, big, clean and could use the air conditioner to warm up the room if needed. The staff were nice especially the cleaning staff and the receptionist who checked me in; she was very friendly. The breakfast was just OK; salad (and other items) were not fresh on 3 of my 4 days. That was the only real negative, along with there being a few mosquitos in my room that I managed to catch after they bit me during the night. Overall, I recommend the hotel, and was pretty good value for money.

Honestly, this place is so clean and in a really chill, quiet area. The staff are all super friendly, too. I was so happy they let me check in at 10 am since my room was ready, even though check-in isn't until 1. They even offered me breakfast.The receptionist was actually so nice. He walked me over to the restaurant himself and asked the guy there to get me some cheese, since they were closing up and didn't have any left out. There’s no fridge in the room, but everything else is perfect. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at Hotel Roma during my trip to Tunis and was very satisfied with my choice. The location is simply unbeatable: it's just a stone's throw from the Medina and the city's main attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the surroundings on foot and shop in the souks. It's also super convenient for those arriving or traveling by public transport. The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with the essential comforts for a relaxing stay. Despite the lively area, the room was quiet enough at night. Special praise goes to the staff: friendly, always smiling, and readily available to provide helpful directions around the city, restaurant recommendations, and to fulfill every request with great professionalism. The value for money was excellent too. It will definitely be my go-to place for future stays in Tunis. Highly recommended!

Good location. But some dirtiness around the room and the bed is dusty. Hard to get the hot water and the toilet is stuffed. I hope the hotel management cares more about rooms cleanliness and repairing.

This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.
