CChloe C. LinThe service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.

GGuest UserI had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Boracay and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone â but especially to kite surfers!
The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel is situated right on Bulabog Beach, which is the main kitesurfing spot on the island. Being able to walk out of the hotel and straight onto the beach, with all the kites in the sky and the wind conditions perfect for riding, was a dream come true. If youâre into kitesurfing, you really couldnât ask for a better place to stay.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely taken care of. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference.
The room was spotless â super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that the hotel takes cleanliness seriously, which I really appreciated. After a long day on the water, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
And I canât forget about the breakfasts â they were absolutely delicious! Fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day before heading out to the beach again.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfect location, fantastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great food. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay â especially kite surfing enthusiasts!

DDream TimThe location is great, but the overall stay could be better. Firstly, in our room it says âtwo full bedsâ, but it's not full, as 2 people can hardly sleep together on one bed. Also we didn't like the rule about the sunbeds, that people came to the beach at 6-7 am, put the towel and then left for many hours, and the sunbeds will be âreservedâ for them. At some point, there were no available sunbeds with no people on occupied ones.
Staff is helpful, they're trying to solve everything, but in the end, some rules have to be changed in order to improve the service. Also, for the cleaning, you need to request every time for it, and if you didn't request, there will be no cleaning.
Seaside restaurant and bar sofas are good, but also can be reserved with no people sitting there.

BBeggieShore Time Hotel has a fantastic central locationâyou only need to cross the street to reach White Beach, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is small but comfortable, and all the staff, especially the housekeeping team, work very hard and are friendly.
With a few small updates in painting and decoration, the hotel could look even better. The green wall color feels a bit too strong, and some decorations seem outdated.
One small surprise was the restaurant downstairs. I was charged 250 pesos for a simple takeaway mango smoothie, which felt a bit expensive.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and with a few minor improvements it could easily be a better experience.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived around 1 PM and I already processed everything at the reception for our check-in. Since the check-in time was 2 PM, we waited at the lobby. However, even past 2 PM, their staff didnât bother to approach or update us regarding our room assignments. I had to keep reminding them because we were already exhausted from traveling and hadnât even eaten lunch yet.
I booked 4 rooms for our group of 12, including an 8-month-old baby and 2 toddlers, so I expected they would at least prioritize or assist us better. Unfortunately, if you donât follow up with them, they wonât really initiate assistance. But instead of getting upset, I just chose to extend my patience that time and move on đ€Ł
The rooms are already old, which was still okay for us, but we noticed small cockroaches inside the room. I was also concerned about the CR because the floor was very slippery, and they only provided one floor rug.
On the positive side, the location is really good and convenient.

AAthi MalothanaI had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area itâs in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful
