AAnonymous UserHad an amazing stay in Mandarin Nest Boracay. The service was SUPRERB. Kudos to all the staffs. Wanted to share our experience
We had a medical emergency during our stay and had to ask for assistance. They immediately provided wheel chair and assisted us to the nearest clinic. We waited for 5 hours in the said clinic and one of the staff stayed there with us.
Will definitely be back. Thank you Mandarin Nest!

ZZulfazli SobriWe love everything here. I’ve travelled to 40 countries, and my stay in this villa has strengthened my belief that Filipinos are number one in hospitality. From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

DDaniel123On my previous review, I mentioned some of the drawback regarding this hotel. On my recent stay, they have managed to turn things around and made my whole stay an enjoyable one. The staffs were proactive in asking if I need any assistance. The room is clean and spacious and they had more variety of foods for their buffet breakfast. I would most likely stay here again.

Llee mushyThe stay has been delayed for a month due to typhoon last September. And when we finally arrived in the hotel, the front office team was so accommodating, the staffs are friendly, the location is very accessible, food was very nice.. all in all, the stay was fantastic, the purpose of taking a vacation was delightful

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, there was no welcome amenity whatsoever – no cocktails, no refreshing hand towels that others mentioned in their reviews. On top of that, the room lacked essentials like toothbrushes, coffee, and tea. The shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty.
The breakfast was terrible: if you didn't grab what you wanted fast enough, it was gone. Pineapples ran out and were replaced with watermelon; waffles ran out and were replaced with pancakes. Black coffee was free, but cappuccino cost extra, and you couldn't even order it (I stood at the bar for about 5 minutes, and no one paid attention).
Breakfast was extremely crowded, leading to chaos and no clean tables. You had to chase down staff just to get forks, spoons, and glasses.
After breakfast, we returned to our room to find toothbrushes had been placed there. So, they simply forgot them on the first day (we hadn't even mentioned it).
However, the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was so magnificent that everything else felt minor.

AAshierWe recently stayed at this hotel for a staycation, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The area was very clean and well-maintained, which made the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was smooth, and everything I needed was provided promptly.
Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service when they want to Go to Boracay also a walking distance at the beach.

RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!

YYson VlogThey upgraded us to a villa room near the pool area, as Im with my Senior parents,
The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.
