陈陈The hotel waiter is super NICE, not only welcome drinks, noodles, free massage chairs, cartoons, free shuttle to Disney, brothers can help in the details, I forgot to print tickets, they do not provide printing services, went to 7-11 Unfortunately, no printing software was sent to the clerk, but the clerk did not receive it. Finally, the kind little brother helped me get it done, thank you very much! Call for a car, and then I booked a car. I was late. They helped me pick up again. It was really moving. Be sure to go again next time. This is the best service hotel I have stayed in Tokyo. Although the hotel location is average, the service is really good, I like it manually

GGuest UserGood value for money, but the location is so-so. The front desk staff were very helpful and patient, even though we had to use a phone translator to communicate. However, the breakfast restaurant staff were quite cold and unfriendly.

GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a convenient location near Disneyland, and you’re coming from elsewhere, this location is great. However, if you’re looking for and hoping for a new place, this isn’t that sort of hotel. It’s rather old and not really refreshed. Also, if you don’t speak a word of Japanese, you might struggle as the reception staff I had didn’t speak English. However, we were fine as I had basic conversational Japanese.

GGuest UserWe stayed with two people, and we were able to spread out two suitcases with ease. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. There were rental items like hair irons, alarm clocks, irons, and mirrors next to the front desk, which was very convenient. There were small snacks available from 9 PM to 11 PM, which was nice. There is also a free shuttle bus from Maihama to Maihama, and we took the earliest one from the hotel, and we were able to get a seat. From Maihama, you might not be able to get a seat depending on the time. It was great to be able to get to Disney for this price. Highly recommended!
