"An absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient! The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance! I'll definitely be back next time!"

"Stayed here for 5 nights with the entire family - they got 2 other rooms with their kids too - and we all loved it. Super convenient location, literally connected to 3 malls for shopping, restaurant and cafes and the best part is free shuttle to Disney land. Kids had a blast at the lounge making pancakes and cotton candy! Breakfast buffet was awesome too."

"Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat! If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!"

"Room is spacious, toilet is spacious, breakfast is good and a lot of variety, hospitality is perfect. Shutter bus available to station, which is just opposite, can walk too just within 5 min."
