Guest UserOnce we found it. We really liked the hotel. There is no real facilities per se but there is a laundry and one very close outside. Breakfast is basic but there are cafes close by. The staff are pleasant and professional. Obviously not the Ritz but we enjoyed our days there.

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment.
The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning.
Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience:
- no kettle (had to be asked for)
- just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room
- no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with
- no safe in the room (common one at the reception)
- no fridge (seriously?)
- no slippers (and they don’t provide them)
- no towel heaters or radiators in the room
- just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels
- no bath robes
- no bide or hygienic shower
- no toilet brush (are you for real?)
- one trash can (without a bag)
- extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags
On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited.
The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned.
The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

All good, very local.
This one was found by the previous hotel without a credit card and asked for a credit card to be a deposit. When I was turned away, the customer service butler of Trip.com helped me find it. I dragged the box and walked on Trip.com prepaid. I didn’t even see my passport in the store. Let me enter. It is not ruled out that the housekeeper called first.
Breakfast is not expensive 8 euros, but there are no hot foods such as egg bacon.
The soundproofing of the room was not very good. I didn't know why many parents lived with children on each floor that day, but Lyon had many children. The room is also relatively small, basically there is a place to walk between the bed and the table. The bathroom is OK, there is a bathtub.
The price is still a bit expensive compared to the facilities.
The room card key is a bit special.

Conveniently located near the main station and a supermarket. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, and frying pan, which was great. I also appreciated having a separate bathroom and toilet. (There was a mix-up during check-in where they didn't have a room with two beds ready for us, which caused some hassle, but I think the room we ended up getting was an upgrade.)

PekabPassing through for just one night, the staff was great, very welcoming and helpful.
Very generous breakfast with lots of choice.
Tram stop right outside the hotel, as well as quite a few restaurants.
A few steps from Perrache train station.
For the room, it was really too small and way too expensive.
The bathroom was tiny but still functional.
The TV is hidden by a wardrobe. The air conditioning didn't work. The elevator is located behind the bed.
Everything was perfect except the room in the end, which is still the most important thing.

The hotel front desk was very welcoming and check-in was smooth. The room was small but very clean. The hotel is in a good location. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the train and other attractions in the old town. There are also many shops around for convenient shopping!

Guest UserQuite nice. It gives off a friendly vibe and is conveniently located. Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the front desk collects a deposit upfront, which is then returned upon check-out. Those who mind this detail should consider it carefully. Otherwise, it's a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

The bed is too narrow, I dare not turn over at night. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station, and the surrounding area should be a residential area, very quiet. There are also many small restaurants

圭Because it is just outside the subway station, it is very convenient!
There is also a parking lot underground, allowing direct access to the hotel.
When I use it, it just replaces Kyriad and ibis.

Guest UserThe location is good, very close to Part Dieu train station.
The staff were nice, and the lobby is clean and satisfying to be in.
However, the hallways of the third floor weren't particularly clean. The ceiling panelling was falling down and there were some leaks by the lift.
The rooms was pleasant and clean except for the toilet where the wall had areas where the paint was peeling off.
