The hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!

Location: The hotel is situated right within the ******* village, which is great because you can explore the scenic area as soon as you arrive in Litang. Service: The owner contacted me in advance to discuss parking and other arrangements. During my stay, she thoughtfully shared important tips for staying at high altitudes and even recommended local restaurants. Breakfast: They offer a very refined set menu with both Chinese and Western options. You just need to coordinate your preference a day beforehand.

The new rooms in the villa are really well-decorated! They're not even on booking platforms yet, but they're much nicer and more comfortable than the old ones. They even have an air purifier and humidifier combo, which shows how thoughtful the owner is. Plus, they've installed elevators on both floors. Definitely recommend!

The hotel next door moved here overnight Speaking of advantages, the floor heating is about 21 degrees, the humidifier is powerful, there is oxygen supply and it is free The downside is that the oxygen concentrator is very noisy and stops intermittently. Comfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.

I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need.

The room is exactly the same as the picture, very new and very good. The hotel is located at the entrance of the ancient town. There is a jumping pot village at night, which is very lively and very good. There is a charging pile for one or two hundred meters, which is quite convenient. The service is also in place. Talk about the shortcomings: 1. The oxygen generator is too loud, noisy to sleep, and it is turned off and hemorrhoids. 2. There is no parking space at the door, and the tire of the car exploded by riding the tooth. In the morning, I called for a rescue to change the tire.

The dorm rooms come with private bathrooms, offering excellent value for money, and are kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast is satisfying and prepared hygienically. The guesthouse is beautifully designed and features comfortable common areas for guests to relax. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant, the facilities are excellent, and the owner provides wonderfully attentive service.

Returning from Tibet in early July, staying in Litang for one night. It has its own parking space and convenient dining around. The first time I used a shower (shower) with a digital display of water temperature was in its home, the smart toilet and the only oxygen generator (automatic start and pause) that automatically controlled the oxygen saturation of the room were quite advanced! The hotel is Tibetan style. Cost-effective. recommend!

The room in this B&B is the best place I have stayed in this time. The service attitude is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is the most comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the equipment in the room is complete. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the room. Outside is their outdoor camping site. There is also a bonfire party restaurant where you can go to eat at any time in the evening. There is free oxygen supply in the room, which is worth experiencing.
