The room was beautiful and decoration good, but we have the really bad surprise to find the room dirty… At the first looking looks ok but toilets shower, the floor and most of the corner was so dirty. We asked to the women at the reception to do something and she was really reactive thanks to her. She send a team of 3 or 4 people to clean that was nice consider the late timing in the evening, they stay in the room maybe 30 minutes to clean but honestly was not ok at all they come with one mop and one rag for all the room … no product maybe.. same cloth for everything .. toilet avec everything ..? At the end we came back in the room we saw they tried to clean it but the floor smell sooo bad the wet dog. It was disgusting honestly so with my partner we had to clean after them at least the floor that smell sooo bad we took hot water and essential oil with a towel to clean the floor.. Thanks for the reactivity of the team but honestly the housekeeping team don’t do a correct job. Smell always really strong cigarette everywhere even in the room even if we don’t smoke. The common space are not very clean too. We were really surprised of the reviews that don’t mention this. They propose us to change room so we visit another room that was exactly dirty the same way… so I imagine it is not an exception. Again thanks to the women of the reception who did a good job and was nice.

Location is really good, actually, very close to Genie shan; however, during our visit, there was some piping construction in front of the hotel so the staff helped carrying our luggages over those obstacles but there was no one when we checked out so we need to do it ourselves. The room is clean and beautiful but there were only electric blankets, no heater, which it was -9 degrees when we visited in the beginning of autumn. You may consider if you plan to go in winter. However, we were very well welcomed by staff.

The hotel is right on the road. The location is easy to find. The room is very clean. The hotel has diffused heating and floor heating. The facilities are very complete. Easy parking. Highly recommended Service: Actively helped us with our luggage. Very good service

I arrived in Litang just in time for the horse racing festival. I stayed there for two nights. I slept very well in the Sky City with a humidifier and oxygen machine! There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. The food is good! The horse racing festival is exciting and worth seeing.

The photo in the back mountain of the homestay is so beautiful...🥹🥹🥹🥹 It's almost ～～ The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are cold, we are afraid that we will directly plug the hot tea oxygen generator without saying anything. We have ～ moved 🥹🥹 and electric blankets. The week here is very comfortable. ～ The burger and butter latte of the homestay are forced! ! ! There are a lot of meat stuffing, and the butter latte is very delicate. It is not comfortable to have a cup in this day.

This stay was a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, reliable hot water, and strong Wi-Fi signal. The breakfast had a good variety of options, fresh ingredients, and was replenished regularly. Overall, it was good value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time.

This is a truly magical youth hostel, just like stepping into the enchanting Blue Moon Valley. Every day, I loved drifting off to sleep and waking up to the soothing aroma of wood. Time here seems to slow down to a beautiful pace. The owner is incredibly kind, and it's the kind of place you'll never want to leave!

The room was quite spacious, and the service was good. We booked a single room, but upon check-in, we found the drain was clogged. The owner immediately upgraded us to a standard room. After changing rooms, we found trash in the bedside table that hadn't been disposed of. The owner noticed and promptly cleaned it up and apologized to us. However, the standard room only had one pair of slippers; there were no disposable slippers, and no toothpaste either.

The B&B itself has a warm, soothing log cabin aesthetic, with simple yet tasteful rattan furniture that blends perfectly with the mountain surroundings. Here, you can wake up to the golden sunlight on the mountains, spend the afternoon basking in the warm sun, drinking tea and relaxing, and in the evening, enjoy the gentle mountain breeze. It's a complete escape from city noise, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. Big bonus point! The B&B owner is a super handsome guy with high颜值 (good looks). He's gentle, thoughtful, and provides meticulous and attentive service, making the stay experience absolutely perfect. The environment, scenery, and service are all top-notch. It's perfect whether you're looking for some solo relaxation or traveling with companions. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape the city and embrace the mountains!

The room is large, decorated with magnificent furniture. The facilities are a bit old, the elevator is sometimes good and sometimes bad, and the electric water heater is not connected. The front desk service is warm and decent, with a good attitude. The parking lot is large and convenient.
