The amenities are very comprehensive, including an oxygen concentrator, humidifier, electric kettle, and hairdryer. The staff even proactively sent instructions for the oxygen concentrator. The service attitude was excellent; we were offered a Hada (a traditional ceremonial scarf) and hot milk tea upon arrival. The room decor has a lovely ethnic style. What I particularly loved was the bathroom – it's spacious, very bright, features a wet/dry separation, and even has a magnifying mirror! I'm very satisfied 🥰 There's a restaurant upstairs with fantastic views, perfect for enjoying a meal while admiring the distant mountains. My only regret is not having enough time to try the Nepalese cuisine. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was very satisfied. As soon as I entered the large window, I saw the spectacular Potala Palace. I slept at night and I was very relieved. I came to Tibet for eight days. This is the most fragrant and most stable sleep. Thank you for the blessing of the Potala Palace. I sat in the room and drank tea and ordered a branch of incense. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace is really comfortable. The service of the hotel is also very good. I brought a cup of Rhodiola tea as soon as I came. I also roasted sweet potatoes and a bowl of sweet mung bean soup. After visiting the Potala Palace in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel and sent fruit. The breakfast was also very delicious. This hotel has a strong ******* style, and the owner was really great, taking good care of us visitors from inland China. They helped us with our luggage and arranged for us to stay on the third floor, which definitely made the altitude sickness worse when climbing the stairs! We visited in August, and the blankets were super thick, so I didn't get a good night's sleep either night. Also, I personally think this type of Tibetan-style hotel is nice for a two-day experience, but not suitable for a long-term stay!

This quaint Tibetan-style hotel is located just inside Barkhor Street. It is very convenient to the Jokhang Temple and the Potala Palace. There are also many delicious shops nearby. The proprietress is very welcoming. I originally booked another hotel, but because it couldn't accommodate people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, I changed to this Babao Hotel, and I was very satisfied with the result.

The Tibetan-style rooms were rustic yet stylish, quite quiet at night, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The courtyard was beautiful, and there was live music in the evening. I had beef hot pot here, which was delicious, and also afternoon tea with fried potatoes and ice cream, all very tasty. The receptionist upgraded me to an oxygen-equipped room because I booked three rooms, one of which didn't have late check-out service. After explaining to the receptionist, she also helped me with late check-out for that room, which I was very grateful for! There were ******* costume photoshoots in the courtyard, and I had a set taken there. The makeup and styling were excellent; you could communicate your needs, the makeup artist was very patient, and the photographer was also very skilled. Taking photos in the courtyard had a special feel to it. I recommend this hotel.
