Each time we arrived, the warm and welcoming owner was already waiting in the parking area, proactively helping us with our luggage. This courtyard is run by a lovely family, and you can feel the warmth of their home everywhere. The owners treat guests like family, their children are lively and cute, and even their cat is friendly and interacts with guests. The courtyard only has four rooms, each equipped with a private hot spring tub. Inside, there's also underfloor heating, a heater, and an electric blanket. After a day of playing in the snowy mountains, being able to soak in the outdoor balcony tub, listening to the rain and admiring the greenery, was incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the food at the courtyard is also commendable; the home-style stir-fries were fragrant and unforgettable. The entire guesthouse experience was perfect.

We picked this place for our summer getaway to Xiling Snow Mountain after seeing its positive reviews, and it truly didn't disappoint! The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. It's so naturally cool here, you don't even need air conditioning. We'll definitely be back to stay here again for some snow fun when winter arrives. Watching the snow from the balcony is sure to be an amazing experience!

The room was clean, the night was quiet, and it was a few minutes walk from Gongguan Street. Ten minutes from Jianchuan Museum. The winter swimming pool is not open. The ”original ecological beef” beef soup pot next door is full of delicious and warm service. so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

I stayed at this hotel many years ago. I have to say that the location of the hotel is very good. Next to Xiling Town, you can visit the night view. You can also soak in the hot springs at night and set off fireworks on the bridge. But (rare to make comments)...but there are several problems on the 8th floor of the stay: one is that there is an unidentified red stain on a bathrobe in the room, and the waiter has been asked to replace it. The two were that there was no hot water in the room after returning from the hot spring. The service desk arranged for the master to come to the room for maintenance. I waited for about 20 minutes and didn't repair it. Finally, I found that it was because the high temperature water pressure was too low. After half an hour, the hot water came. It was also a shower. I hope the hotel will improve sanitation and water supply facilities, otherwise it will be a pity that such a good location.
