With this level of service and quality, I absolutely have to give it a five-star recommendation to all my friends!"

"I stayed at Maple Leaf Hotel at Xiling Snow Mountain. The price was quite affordable compared to other hotels in the ski resort area, which is a big plus. The room was good the bed, furniture, and overall condition looked clean and quite new. It was comfortable enough for resting after spending time at the snow mountain. However, the toilet/bathroom was not in good condition. Cleanliness and maintenance there really need improvement, which was the main downside of the stay. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option in a great location, with decent rooms, but the bathroom facilities definitely need upgrading."

"I'm a regular guest here, and this is my first visit this year. I've stayed in many guesthouses, but this is the first time I've felt such a warm welcome right from the parking lot. They greeted me like a friend, helped me back in, and got me settled – much friendlier than last year! They've also added a small bar, so you can enjoy a couple of drinks after dinner. The ambiance is, as always, top-notch. Every time I come, I catch plenty of fish and crabs 🦀. All that's missing is a beach and sea breeze!"

"The room was clean and tidy. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained. The kids' club and pool are perfect for families, and my child had a great time there. The front desk and room service were excellent, always responding promptly to our requests. However, the dining staff left much to be desired; they seemed indifferent and were constantly chatting at the cashier counter. We had to go out and find them repeatedly for anything we needed. That's why I can't give a 5-star rating for service, as it was let down by the dining department."

"This hotel was truly an unexpected delight! I never imagined finding such a peaceful retreat so close to Chengdu. For the New Year's Day holiday, I just wanted to relax for a few days, avoiding the crowded tourist spots. This hotel is hidden away in a pastoral setting, far from the hustle and bustle. The design is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are smart. They offer Chinese food, Western food, BBQ, and afternoon tea. The breakfast, in particular, is highly commendable. But what truly stands out is the service. The staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and their genuine smiles made up for the chilly winter weather, bringing a sense of sunshine and warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem; I'll definitely be back!"

"Stumbled upon a hidden gem! This hotel, with its Suzhou garden architecture, instantly transports you to a classical Jiangnan painting the moment you step in. The cloudy weather on the day we visited perfectly complemented the garden's ambiance. There's so much to do here, and I especially loved their heated pool – they even thoughtfully provided swim rings and toys for kids. Plus, the wardrobe in the room had Hanfu and Qipao, perfect for some beautiful photos!"

"Close proximity to Xiling Ski Resort, around 10 mins drive. The owner Mr Lee was very helpful even before we arrived, helped arranged transportation to pick us up from Chengdu Railway Station to hotel. Room is spacious to accommodate 4 of us. Bed came with heated blanket which is a plus. The restaurant serves a la carte dinner which is not bad. Breakfast spread is simple but good enough to fill our stomach. Due to deserted location, there may be flying insects in room. Hot water is not constant but bearable for a quick bath. Overall good location and affordable for a short stay. Keep up the service Mr Lee!"

"This is a new hotel that just opened in 2024, and its design is very unique and distinctive. The room features voice-activated smart controls, which is quite convenient. I booked a king-sized bed, but the mattress was smaller than the bed frame, and the protruding frame (pictured) bruised my calf. There's no bar soap provided in the room; you have to use hand soap to wash your face, which is a bit strange. It was off-peak season when I visited, so there weren't many guests, and as a result, the restaurant didn't offer a buffet, only individually plated meals. However, the front desk service was very enthusiastic."

The Deota Bubble Resort Hotel is absolutely amazing! ✅ Rooms: Each room features a private hot spring with selenium enrichment and underfloor heating throughout. Spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views. The first round of minibar access is complimentary – incredibly thoughtful details. ✅ Kids: Feed adorable animals at the Milky Hill, bake pizzas at the Magic Bakery, and play with robots and programming in the Future Community – kids won't want to leave! ✅ Hot Springs: The public hot spring area features both volcano and island themes, perfect for taking amazing photos. Private hot springs are available anytime, and soaking in the hot springs under the snow-capped mountains is incredibly therapeutic. ✅ Dining: The breakfast at the Mountain Retreat is fantastic, especially the freshly made Dan Dan noodles – a must-try with fresh, local ingredients. ✅ Service: The front desk staff, Xiao He and Xiao Yang, are warm and attentive. The resort boasts excellent family-friendly facilities and convenient parking. A one-stop family vacation – great accommodations, great hot springs, great fun, great photos – go for it!"

The firewood chicken is also delicious. The bamboo shoots are fresh and tasty. The ingredients are good and fresh, and the portions are generous. The water area is open and flat, allowing for long walks. The stream is crystal clear and super cool. There's also free mahjong. There's a karaoke area, which I plan to try next time. There's also a book bar. It's a great value and a great place to escape the summer heat. I'll be back to Xinming Villa next time."

"If the score is 100 points, I would give it 200 points. The hotel has a good environment and is very, very clean and tidy. The deluxe standard room I booked was well-equipped, very new, very clean. The air-conditioning and electric blankets are very warm, and it's not cold at all when sleeping at night. The bathroom is clean and the toilet has a new toilet seat. Every corner of every floor of the hotel is very clean, there are water dispensers, and you can feel the owner's care for customers in many details. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. We came down late the next day, so we rushed back to the hotel to make noodles for dinner. The boss enthusiastically helped us make noodles and let us use the electric heater. We will book this hotel next time we come. Thank you boss for your thoughtfulness."

"Quaint hotel in the centre of town, with bustling morning market right on the street below. No elevators, had to haul luggage up stairs. Rooms are equipped with heater and even heated blankets! Took didi from hotel to Xiling Ski Resort for RMB80 (50 + 30 extra for mountain drive). Food a bit difficult for Muslims or Vegetarians, best bring instant noodles or ready-to-eat stuff. Auntie Chow, the assistant, was very helpful in providing service despite the language barrier. Very happy with our stay here."

"The clouds are so deep, I don't know where it is, but it's right here in this mountain. I really liked the hotel's environment; the winding paths led to a secluded spot. The owner was warm and handsome, the rooms were fragrant and clean, and all the little items exuded exquisite taste. The sulfur hot spring was also very comfortable. The hotel was fully equipped with smart home technology; just call out to Xiao Ai (AI assistant) and everything will be taken care of for you. The kids were very happy. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I have the chance."
