GGuest UserThe room designers put a lot of thought into the use of environmentally friendly wood and all flooring considerations, including considerations for anti-slip safety, hot water temperature, and lighting that affects eyes. The bathroom fixtures feature fingerprint-resistant stainless steel chamfers to prevent hand catching. The interior logo is integrated into the design, and various signage is clearly visible. The bedding is made of a high-quality yarn fabric that feels especially soft to the skin. The hallway lighting and the lobby aromatherapy—every detail reflects the designer's professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Haicheng, a relatively small place, is surprisingly home to such a hotel. The decor embodies the thoughtful details of a high-end hotel. The front desk staff is very pleasant. This hotel feels like a foreign hotel. It has a unique, exotic feel and is located in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. It even has charging stations. The services are extremely practical. I personally love it and would stay here again when I return to Haicheng.

YYaowangcangqiong0304這是我第四次入住佳兆業廣場的這家如家商旅了。之前的三次，這裏都給我留下了非常非常好的印象，這次依然是如此。先上個結論，佳兆業的這家如家商旅是我住過的這麼多酒店裡麪，綜合體驗最好的一家，沒有之一。這次我住的是雙床房，502房間，下面來説説感受。
服務：可以説，如家商旅的服務完全能夠令人滿意，而且讓人感到非常温暖。
首先，因為這次有衣服想洗，所以這次預訂好之後，先聯繫了一下前廳的王經理，王經理很快速地幫我安排好了離洗衣房比較近的房間，而且還贈送了早餐，真的是非常感謝。
在到達酒店前台時，由於我到的比較早，所以房間還沒打掃出來，前台小哥哥主動解釋原因，並且指引我到邊上的座椅上休息。同時，小哥哥還給我送來了一瓶温的礦泉水，説實話，我是真的沒想到的。因為我住的其他的酒店，從來沒有一家是有這麼細節的服務的。而且我入住的那天，天氣不是很好，這瓶温礦泉水，真的是充滿了濃濃的温度。
還有就是，在我上樓之後，遇到了房掃阿姨，房掃阿姨説我的房間剛剛打掃出來，地上有水，多次提醒我要注意安全，別滑倒了。之後沒過一會兒，可能也就5分鐘吧，房掃阿姨來敲門，給我送來了一盤水果（圖9），而且全程面帶笑容。講真的，這次服務，全過程都太好太好了，不管是哪個環節，都讓我感受到了温暖和驚喜。真的感謝王經理、前台小哥哥和房掃阿姨提供的這麼細緻和高效的服務！
還有就是，這次入住過程中，有個小插曲，就是第二天早上10點半左右的時候，前台打來電話詢問是否續住。當時我其實還沒起來呢，就感覺詢問續住不應該這麼早的吧。但是當時也沒想太多，就回答不續住。沒想到下午退房的時候，前台主動説明瞭這一情況，説是看錯房間了，而且也面帶笑容地歡迎我下次再來。雖説這是個小插曲吧，但是前台有解決問題的能力和態度，我覺得還是非常感動的，非常值得好評的。所以這次的服務方面，完全可以給到滿分的評價。
環境：酒店位於鐵西區佳兆業廣場，距離鞍山站衹有一個虹橋的距離，可以説交通很方便，樓下吃的也挺多的。大堂明亮整潔，個人温馨的感覺。房間內部裝飾簡約但精美，沒有個人壓抑的感覺。要非説問題的話，那就是，我這次入住的502房間，面積好像沒有之前住的房間大，明顯感覺小了一圈，但是整體還是不影響的。
衞生：我住酒店，對於衞生方面一直都很在意，畢竟出來住，誰都想有一個乾淨整潔的環境。之前入住的所有酒店，我都沒有給衞生滿分的評價。但是這次的如家商旅，我可以發自內心的説，至少是我這次住的502房間，衞生方面真的是一點兒問題都沒有。即使是水龍頭上面，都沒有一丁點兒的水漬。真的，衞生方面做的太棒了，而且前幾次入住也是這樣。可以説，如家商旅酒店的衞生是完全能夠令人放心的，真的值得好評。
設施：設施方面，如家商旅也非常完善。
首先就是酒店有洗衣房（圖10+圖11），而且是24小時都開放，很方便，洗衣機也很高級、很智能，洗衣服的效率很高。
第二點就是，酒店配備了送物機器人（圖12），可以實現無接觸配送。機器人送餐到門口時，房間內部的電話會響起來，提醒我們去門口取餐。
第三點就是，床品質量很好，尤其是床墊子，躺上去很舒服，晚上睡覺的時候，包裹感也很強。
還有就是，房間窗簾的遮光效果很好，把深色窗簾都拉上後，光基本上是透不進來的。而之前住的一些酒店，把窗簾都拉上後，還會有一些縫隙，導致光會透進來。所以如家商旅在這點細節方面做的很到位。
然後就是，衞生間也做了乾濕分離的處理。尤其是淋浴間，把門關上後，熱氣基本上跑不出去，淋浴間會非常温暖，所以在淋浴的時候完全不用擔心冷。這樣層級的感受，也是我住其他一些同價位酒店所體會不到的。
如果説這次入住的小遺憾的話，那我感覺一共有三點。
首先就是，我入住的502房間，空調的製冷效果不是太好。我試了一下，調到16度冷風高速模式後，房間的温度在短時間內降不下來，而且我用手試了一下出風口，感覺那個風也不算涼。而且，開時間長了，屋裡反倒更熱了。雖然現在已經11月份了，而且我入住當天，氣温也不是很高，但是我個人感覺房間內部還是有些熱的，想吹一會兒冷風散散熱，但是沒太能達到預期的效果。
第二點想説一下這次的機器人送餐的問題。從騎手發消息告訴我把餐放到機器人裏面的那一刻，一直到機器人來到門口，用了10分鐘的時間。那時候快晚上9點半了，也不是入住的高峯期，感覺電梯也沒有那麼多人使用，所以不太清楚為什麼會出現10分鐘的等待時間。
還有一個細節方面的小問題，也是這次我去洗衣房的過程中發現的。那就是，這個洗衣房似乎不是酒店的住客也能用吧。因為上電梯不需要刷卡，按哪層都能亮，那這麼一來，理論上來説，應該是所有人都能用酒店的洗衣房洗衣服吧。而且進入洗衣房也不需要刷卡，也沒有人看管，總感覺這樣一來，整的有些亂套呢。當然，我不太清楚具體的情況，衹是表達一下自己所看到的東西而已。
整體就上面的這些。可以説，這次入住體驗，真的是挺滿足的，基本上每個環節都很好地體現出了酒店的高效和高品質。這麼長時間以來，我基本上沒給過哪個酒店這麼高分的評價。但是這次入住，我可以毫不吝嗇地説，如家商旅酒店真的是yyds，同價位越級的存在！什麼都不説了，下次有機會還來！
