3-Star Hotels in Interlaken

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

The woman at reception was very kind. There are a lot of stairs inside the building, so rooms in the 200s, such as 203 and 204, are recommended. Our rooms were 308 and 309. It's an older building, so finding an outlet to charge your smartphone is difficult. I turned off the TV and used the outlet. I got home after 10 PM and checked out at 8 AM, so I was able to shower and sleep, which I was happy about. The firmness of the futon and the pillow were good.☺

The mini kitchen is quite complete. Only thing is the interior fittings and bathroom are old, and food spice smell in the room that stays throughout.

Our stay was unremarkable overall. The basic amenities worked fine and the room was tidy, yet there was nothing impressive. For this rate, we hoped for better comfort. It serves as a decent overnight stop, but we have no strong reason to revisit.

First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.

The facilities are relatively old, with a kitchen and two shared toilets. The price of a domestic five-star hotel, the experience of a youth hostel. This is the only way to stay in a popular scenic spot. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very enthusiastic.
