KKuierdoudouThe room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. There are fast food restaurants such as Tims, A&W at the entrance of the hotel. There are IKEA, costco, outlets nearby. Convenient and clean hotel

AAnthony CanuckThe hotel is in a great location opposite the Citadel and near restaurants, tourist attractions, the waterfront, etc. The room was very clean and spacious . The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. I enjoyed the rooftop patio on Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again.

TTengI didn't pay too much attention to the location, because we went there just for pure sleep and left the next day.
The cleanliness is OK, but the fly in the ointment is that the bathroom lights are very dim, which is not very good for the senses.
For the service, I told the hotel my membership number in best wersern when I made the reservation. I thought the staff could notice it, but it didn't. In fact, the experience of staying in a star-rated hotel will not be too bad, the comparison is to pay attention to the details.
Set up, because it was during the covid-19 period, the breakfast was allocated by the staff, there were not many varieties, but it was basically enough. There is no milk. There is no milk. There is no milk.

GGuest UserEveryone was quite pleasant there. The only complaint that I would have is that it would have been helpful if I knew before I went that the only meal served was breakfast. There is nothing there for lunch or dinner.
