⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service — Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier. I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle. Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

We lost our wallet and hotel representative found and keep it for me. Really appreciate Suggestions The hotel floor and toilets floor is very slippery. My baby fall down several times because floor are all shampoo. I will still consider this hotel as is very convenient There are markets, massage shop, fruit stall etc nearby.

Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

We just got shock when they open the room even we are not there. Hotel location is good as its near in Sapa Square and Station. Staff are also nice. Our 1st day breakfast is bread and egg only. They dont estimate their guests. All in all. 3.5/5

Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate because she is very fluent in English. We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.

I didn't find the room very clean: hair presence in some places and toilet cuvette badly cleaned. The bathroom has no bathroom, no receptioner, no shower pad, which makes the floor completely wet after use. Great place, considering it was one of the cheapest options in Sapa. You get what you pay for. So the amenities are not the most clean, as expected from the hostel. Smack dab in the middle of the town, very convenient. Hence the name, haha. The female dorm has it's own bathroom with the shower, as well as another one on the floor. So there are no lines for the bathroom. Even though it's close to the main road and traffic in Vietnam requires constant honking the room felt really quiet, which is great. When I checked in there was no one on the reception so the note said to check in, choose the bed and text the owner. Which is very chill. The bedsheets were not the cleanest, with some tissues tucked behind, crumbs and hair, so I tried to choose the cleanest bed. And I would recommend to bring your own tissues/toilet paper, since there wasn't any. Overall, exactly as expected, convenient location, chill owner.

Had a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.
