We had a wonderful stay for 3 days. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our trip very enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff—they were incredibly lovely, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always quick to assist us with any concerns or requests and made sure that we felt welcomed and taken care of at all times. Their exceptional hospitality made our experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! 😊

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Sapa Lake, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in the area. There's a laundromat and a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a hairdryer, and the extra door lock made me feel secure.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service — Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier. I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle. Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

Great location 1 block from the cable car entrance and town square. The room is big, comfortable and has heating. Shower water was nice and hot.  Friendly owner woman was very helpful giving good information about Sapa and making sure I had whatever I needed in the room each day.

I didn't find the room very clean: hair presence in some places and toilet cuvette badly cleaned. The bathroom has no bathroom, no receptioner, no shower pad, which makes the floor completely wet after use. To have hot water, it is necessary to activate the heating-water via a switch, which is not indicated. De plus, sans chauffage à cette période de l'année (février), les serviettes ne sequent pas, ce qui n'est pas agréable. The room was announced with a window, but it actually comes on the neighbouring room and is covered with tapes. He told me that he had resolved the problem, but I did not see any changes regarding the category “room lit queen size supérieur” that I had reserved.

Objectively speaking, the hotel is very general. At that time, I wanted to find a hotel on the lakeside to see the calm lake. It is indeed the lake opposite. The hotel is too old. I am sorry for the title of four stars. It is possible that this foreigner likes this retro. Mainly the price issue, personally think that it is not worthwhile to choose this hotel. The next night, I found a hotel with 80 yuan next to it, which is better than this facility. The hotel has more than 240 hotels. The only difference is that I can't see the lake! So the benevolent sees the wise and sees wisdom! For a long time, I suddenly came to the hotel, so I remind you by the way.

Had a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.
