It's a house with several rooms, a dining room, and a shared kitchen. It's 200 meters from the steam clock square. There's free parking. The rooms are spacious and have a nice bathroom. 100% recommendable. I would stay there again with my family.

Thumbs up! 👍 Since we were on a road trip, having the car parked right outside our room was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent – lively but quiet, with absolutely no noise at night. Even though it's a self-service hotel, a staff member helped us during check-in, and they cleared snow every morning. I stayed for five nights, and the room was cleaned after the third night. The hotel amenities were plentiful, with unlimited bath towels and pajamas provided, and even a hair straightener in the room. The staff were very thoughtful. When it was cold, they would turn on the heating while I was out, so I'd come back to a warm room. There were also extra blankets in the room, perfect for lounging on the sofa. My biggest worry before checking in was that the shower wouldn't have hot enough water, but that was completely unfounded – the hot water was super hot! Overall, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. It's fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next road trip.

It is only a 10-minute walk from JR Otaru Station, close to the canal, and has many shopping and dining options. Compared with the dormitory, the public space is particularly tall and the layout is quite reasonable.

The owner will be very kind and polite to explain the equipment. One thing you need to be careful about is that you don't have a bath towel, so you need to bring it with you. Very good location of apartments, is in the center. There is everything for comfortable accommodation, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are dishes and dining facilities. Very clean .
