"Located in a residential area, it's small and not crowded, making it a quiet place to stay. The building itself is old, so it has a nice atmosphere.
The hot springs can be used privately and are open late at night, so if you want to relax, we recommend soaking for a long time late at night.
The staff at the inn are elderly, so we hope they will do their best, even if it's just for a little while."

SSammiPangThe hotel environment is beautiful, the lobby and rooms are amazing! Very clean 😼 The hot spring in the room is very comfortable ~ and has prepared hot water for us to arrive 🥰 There is also a Dyson hair dryer and skincare set 👍🏻 Be aware to arrive before 8:30 pm checkin, because the frontdesk will finish work!

GGuest UserBeppu Hostel U&T is outstanding in many areas of the hospitality industry. The premise is squeaky clean, the Japanese style beds were comfy & snug. The staff were helpful, courteous & we noted went about their chores unintrusively. The coin-operated washing machines & driers were easy to operate. We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere in the common area & astonishing array of beverages provided free for guests. We liked it's central location just across from Beppu Tower & short walking distance to stores & cafes. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI was worried because there weren't many Korean reviews recently. This was my first trip to Japan, and I really wanted to go to Beppu, but I was worried about where to stay. I booked this accommodation after looking at the photos of the interior without even looking at the location, but when I made the reservation, it turned out that it was located a bit far away from the downtown area! However, since the purpose of going to Beppu was the hot springs, I felt it was a great advantage to be able to use the hot springs within walking distance from my accommodation.
The accommodation is really clean and cozy, but also spacious and comfortable! The bed was so soft that I slept well until morning without waking up even once! Also, they say it is difficult because the accommodation is on a hill, but since the trip is a series of walks anyway, I was able to experience the Japanese countryside and it was really nice! ♥ And thanks to the host who kindly guided me, I felt really good!
If I go on a trip to Fukuoka, I will definitely go to Beppu again, and I intend to visit this accommodation again! Thank you so much for giving me happy memories :-)

SSusanne ThielDiese Unterkunft ist in erster Linie praktisch. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
Was uns leider nicht gefiel, war die Qualität der Matratzen. Man spürt jede Feder. Auch die Couch war alt und unbequem. Im Bad fehlen Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Es ist ein umgebautes Ladengeschäft. Sobald man die Fenster Vorhänge aufmacht, können alle, die an der Strasse vorbeigehen, direkt reinschauen. Lüften ginge nur, wenn man die Tür vorne auf lässt.
Für 2 Nächte ok, wenn man ansonsten unterwegs ist.

GGuest User全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。
２点、改善いただきたい点があります。
1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。
2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。
以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The room has four bedding, a sitting table, a washbasin, a toilet, a dresser hanger, etc.
There are amenities in the lobby, such as refrigerator vending machines, microwaves, etc.
The sour room is not in the room, you have to use the hot spring bath.
There are three hot spring baths, which can be reserved for an hour. It's just right for the family to have a hot spring together.
There was a person who could speak English, so I used the facilities comfortably.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, room is clean and tidy, individual onsen is excellent.
The only point is the location will be a little bit far for travellers without cars, as hotel is on a hill slope, you will need to spend some efforts to go up, but the hotel quality worths this effort.

GGuest User前台大爺英語説的不太好，但是非常熱心，很敬業。點贊。
不僅在入住前幫忙免費寄存了行李，還主動在入住前送進房間。
設施確實有點老舊了，像國內90年代賓館的感覺。
位置很好，就在JR站邊上，步行不到五分鐘。
離鐵路線有點近，但是隔音不錯。我住的是面向鐵路的房間，火車開過的時候噪音不大。但是睡覺對噪很敏感的人需要考慮一下。
