Excellent place, 5 minutes walk to the car and waiting for the train station. Also 5 minutes to the center, supermarket in the neighboring house. The overall bathroom was always absolutely clean. The room worked air conditioner, clean and good bed linen. Friendly and attentive host

Ho trovato la struttura in linea alle mie aspettative. La consiglio alle famiglie. Nel bagno al posto del bidet c'è una doccetta e diciamo che per pochi giorni non abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad adattarci. Nella stanza forse servirebbe un armadio per poter appendere i propri abiti. Non mai avuto necessità di dover contattare la proprietaria durante il soggiorno.

It is a private hotel, no front desk, no one opens the door in the desolate old building, and you have to make foreign calls. The communication is very difficult. It is easy to get through. It is also waiting between the desolate buildings (below). The time is when the boss comes in person (private room, no one comes to clean for three nights), the bathroom is still public, It’s cold in winter, even a washbasin, and there are others to use, which is very inconvenient! No breakfast. These should be noted. When you arrive at the place, drag a large suitcase, the money has been paid, and it is not convenient to change! Ugh...

Location surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s better to take a car or tram 1 for 2 stops from railway. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening. You don’t see where insert 3 keys in locks (3doors to enter). My room faced the noisy busy road. There 2 rooms inside, looks nice, no microwave, but clean. Area looks dangerous in the evening. Owner lady is nice and helpful. She tries to do her best!

機場巴士到Piliteama下來走10來分鐘，挺好找的，就是進門有點費勁，按門鈴和打電話都沒反應，最後還是有個小哥出來我才能進大門😅 住宿在二樓，住宿門有密碼進去還挺方便，店主正好也在，英語不順暢就用翻譯軟件交流了，很熱心也很順利； 房間看着挺好的，就是隔音比較一般，衞生間不開排風會有返潮的味道，有陽台還不錯。

Lady on the desk was very nice although we were charged $24 Aud per night extra for a cleaning fee that was not disclosed when we booked. We had no idea why we were charged this fee upon arrival. They should be more transparent with the costs. Although we paid for breakfast it was not available as the cafe they used was closed for the holidays & we were not offered any alternative so more money wasted.

Der Service war sehr gut. Das Badezimmer könnte säuberer sein. Jeden Tag wird das Bett gemacht, außer man möchte es nicht. Das Frühstück ist italienisch mit 2 Croissants und 2 Süßstückchen und einem kleinen Brötchen. Es gibt verschiedene Marmeladen sowie Saft und verschiedene Kaffeevarianten aus der Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht sowie ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und man hat einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit Aussicht auf die Chiesa del Carmine Maggiore und den Ballaro market.
