Overall during my 2 night stay, the best thing was their hospitable, kind and friendly staffs. All of them was very nice even simply lending us a food utensils. The room is quite 🤏small but tidy and clean. There is no any amenities at all like body soap or even toothpaste on their bathroom. Even a towel is not there. Just very sad about that. What is make it even worse is my room is on the first floor just under the stair where i found its quite destructive of noises from the guests or people that go up and down during my stay. I got ******* from the noises behind the wall from the outside corner during my first night which make me couldn't sleep well. Lastly, there is no fan to circulate air in the bathroom at all so we need to open the door to make sure there is air from the AC enter the bathroom. It is kinda weird i think.

Nice place, unfortunately the amenities provided are not complete, there is no kettle for tea and coffee, safe box locked, AC dripping. What I like here is that the food is delicious.

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.

The room setting its not right looks very tight if put the table in front of bed....its hard to move around It must be free excess to bed think about emergency ppl get out from bed will hit the table and the cabinet Safety first ....... This place is strictly for low-budget travelers who just need a roof over their heads. The room is below average in almost every way. Amenities are minimal and feel pretty worn out. Cleanliness isn't their strong suit – towels and bed linens looked faded, and honestly had a bit of a musty smell. Also, they don't provide blankets or proper bedsheets, which was a bit of a shock. The bed itself felt bare and not very inviting. That said, the price reflects all of this – it's dirt cheap, so you get what you pay for. The one saving grace is the location. Within 300 meters, you've got Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and local restaurants to choose from, so eating out is super easy. Pakuwon Mall is also just about 3 km away if you need more options. Overall, it's a pretty depressing room to be honest, but if you're on a tight budget and plan to spend most of your time outside, it'll do the job for a night or two. Just bring your own toiletries and maybe a travel sheet for peace of mind.

first I got a room that was not clean, there was still a lot of hair on the bed, the floor was also a bit dirty, the paint was peeling off due to toilet seepage (it seemed). then I asked to move, and the room was the same (there was water seepage, peeling paint) but the room was clean. it seems all the rooms are like that. the door is a bit difficult to open and close. yes even though the price is cheap, please improve the facilities so that those who stay are comfortable. from the outside it's good, but once you enter the room, that's it lol if the place is really strategic, close to the highway and food stalls. 1. The service is great, the price is reasonable, and they provide blankets and slippers—unlike other hostels in Surabaya, which either lack blankets or storage lockers. 2. The bathroom could use more hooks and shelves, as there’s not enough space to hang clothes conveniently.

It seems like an old hotel, you can see it from the bed I was in. When I wanted to take a shower, they forgot to give me a towel. I had to ask for one first. My child had to go down to the receptionist to ask for a towel. Drinking water was only given to drink together outside the room. In the bathroom, there were lots of black ants coming out of the sink. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, I had to ask for Baygon to spray the mosquitoes. The hotel must pay attention so that their guests are comfortable staying there....we booked two rooms.

Full facilities, refrigerator, TV, water heater, strategic region Close to food sellers, don't worry about the popularity of a lot of food sold in the area, especially in the morning there is a market
