"Towels looks a bit dull. Coffee machine can’t use. The shower head stand already broken. We can’t use the shower without holding because always fall down. Unfortunately the house keeping when make up the room didn’t ask the man to fix it instead just propped up the head shower. I think it will continue broken until there are guests who complain. Others are okay, breakfast very satisfactory."

"To get a good night's rest before climbing Mount Bromo, I booked this hotel in downtown Surabaya. The hotel was inexpensive but offered standard five-star service and facilities. Before checking out, I visited the hotel's restaurant; compared to other eateries nearby, the food was tasty and affordable. The only minor drawback was that the staff's English proficiency was limited, making communication a bit difficult."

WWutLeeThe Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserOur trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need.
The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
