The hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bandao Resort Hotel (Longwangtou Beach Branch), and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel’s location is a dream—offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained, modern rooms that strike a perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The amenities are pristine and thoughtfully designed to cater to every guest’s needs. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff’s attentiveness. I’d like to extend a special shout-out to Miumiu, who went above and beyond to make my stay remarkable. She was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions with patience and ensuring every detail was just right. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, the Bandao Resort Hotel is an excellent choice. I can’t wait to return and experience this slice of paradise again!

Guest UserThe B&B is located in Beigang Village. If you drive there, please contact the store and follow the store's instructions. You can park your car downstairs (three cars can be parked downstairs). You can also follow the instructions in the first half and park your car at the entrance of the village committee and walk from there. It only takes 4 minutes to go to the B&B. The store's service is very good, they take the initiative to pick up the luggage, and the travel guide they send is also very practical. The sea view depends on the weather. When the weather is good, the view outside the window is quite beautiful.

Guest UserThe moment I opened the door and saw the sea from the French window in the room
I was really surprised
Weekend trip to Pingtan
I specially made an appointment with the B&B of Talking with the Sea
The room design, lighting selection and hygiene details are really amazing
It's obvious that the boss has carefully considered it.
The three rooms have a common living room area, and there is a special area at the door for takeaway delivery
The overall sound insulation is OK
Open the door and enter the room, the space is very independent
Positive reviews:
1. Disposable cups, towels, and bath towels
2. Sam's snacks are also delicious
3. The lighting and charging port are great (I love the moon and bathtub mood lights)
4. The projection screen was arranged in advance, which was very considerate.
5. The bedding is also very comfortable

This guesthouse in Beigang Village, Pingtan Island, was even cleaner and tidier than I expected. The simple decor made me feel incredibly comfortable, and it was super convenient for getting around.
You can see the ocean right from the courtyard, and the scenic环岛路 (Huan Dao Lu, or 'Round Island Road') is just behind the house. Renting a scooter allowed me to explore the entire northern route of Pingtan – breathtaking views of Jingsha, Changjiang'ao, and Beibuwan unfolded before my eyes, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
What surprised me most was the free sea-view kitchen! Buying some fresh local seafood and cooking up a feast myself, then enjoying it while watching the waves crash outside the window – that's probably the most therapeutic way to experience an island trip. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Ako AnnaIt's a nice hotel to stay with friends and children older than 4 years. It's close to the Beach and has very helpful and friendly hosts. Clean, out room was specious and comfortable. Keep in mind it gets a bit loud in the evening once everyone is coming back from the beach and starts singing Karaoke. Every homestay has one! Overall, it a good place to stay, close to The Blue Tears scinic area, Beach where you can swim and relax. Room looks exactly the same as the photos.

Facilities: The room is fully equipped with a desk, lockers, hair dryer, and night lights at the bedside. You can take a hot shower at any time, and you can also wash and dry clothes on the roof.
Hygiene: Although there are a lot of cats and bubbles, it is really clean
Environment: It's not far to walk to the beach, and it's convenient to walk to the street to buy fruits and eat
Service: Breakfast was great
The location seems to be not very accurate. The house shown on the right by the navigation is actually on the left. Bubbles and the cats are very cute.

The hostess and all other staff, are extremely courteous and professional.
The facilities are brand-new, with high quality finishes.
The bed and bedding, is very comfortable, and you can enjoy a good night's sleep.
The environment is neat, clean and quiet.

Guest UserTraveling with my family, the homestay is great and clean. It is very close to Beibu Gulf Scenic Area and Yangtze River Australia. The owner of the homestay said that in the season of blue tears in 4-5, there are also on the beach at the entrance of the homestay. It's a pity this time, I didn't see blue tears. The homestay facilities are very complete and have projections. Each room has disposable towels and bath towels, which is very intimate. There are also many foods near the homestay. The small white building recommended by the boss. The local specialties of seafood are very good. The family is very satisfied!
