First, the advantages: luggage can be stored at the hotel reception after check-out, which is convenient for sightseeing. Now for the disadvantages: I booked the hotel two months in advance, and the price of over 200 yuan wasn't cheap, almost the same as the hotel I booked the day before. The only advantage was its proximity to Longwangtou (Dragon King Head), but I mostly visited the South and North routes anyway, and the price was similar to other hotels. The room type was actually a partitioned room converted from a private house. The lack of an elevator on a high floor was acceptable, but the room was filled with small flying insects and dead insects that hadn't been cleaned up. The bathroom floor was so filthy it was difficult to walk on. The toiletries were cheap and unclean; the toothbrush cup was full of dust. The bed board was also hard and uncomfortable. I rarely give bad reviews, but this experience was truly awful. 😫

This is a very cost-effective guesthouse. The location is excellent, in the county town, making it convenient for eating, lodging, and transportation. When visiting Pingtan, you must stay in the county town because there's really nothing in the villages… The environment is also nice and convenient; highly recommended. Renting an electric scooter is very convenient. This is a place with inconvenient transportation, but the scenery is beautiful.

Hygiene: We found a small bug on the blanket as soon as we entered. Since we arrived late and the child was tired, we cleaned it ourselves. Environment: The room was very small. Although we managed to fit two beds, there wasn't enough room to walk around once we put our luggage down, and then there wasn't enough room to put our luggage back down. Service: The service was satisfactory. Upon check-in, the butler sent us recommended itineraries for Pingtan, and they even mailed my glasses back to me after I left them at the hotel.

Much better than expected! Four of us booked a twin room in the adjacent detached building. The air conditioning was powerful, the lighting was high-end, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and even had disposable toilet seat covers. The location is in the county town, very close to Longwangtou Beach, about a ten-minute walk away. There are plenty of convenience stores and pharmacies nearby, and ordering takeout is also very convenient. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan.
