GGuest UserWe had a pleasant 3-night stay at this condo/hotel. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Its location is very convenient since it is close to malls, restaurants, and other essential places, which made getting around easy. The host was very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to our questions.
Overall, this staycation spot was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great service. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the perks of a hotel but the comfort of home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at this hotel has been quite comfortable. While the location is slightly tucked away and not exactly in a prime or central area, it is conveniently near the airport, which makes it a practical choice for travelers with early or late flights.
The room itself is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the complimentary drinking water, which is always a nice touch. The bathroom (CR) is clean, although there is a minor issue with a small leak from the ceiling that could use some attention.
The bed is comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day, and the Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable—great for both work and streaming. The TV is also fully functional, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.
Overall, despite the slight location drawback and minor bathroom issue, the hotel offers good value with its comfort, cleanliness, and amenities.

GGuest UserPlease provide toiletries like tissue. Shampoo and shower gel were empty ,
There was a small cockroach at the sink ( tray), before we left. Maintenance/ pest and vermin control should be more strict.
Please provide trash bags, no more stock under the sink before we check out.
Overall. the stay was good and comfortable.

GGuest UserSobrang ganda wala kang masabi. Malapit sa LRT EDSA, MOA at AIRPORT perfect para sa mga may flight. Thank you Maine Residence for accomodating us for 3 days it’s worth the price every single day you stay here. Pag labas mo ang daming kainan na malilinis, mura at masarap. Shempre iniwan din namin siyang malinis at maayos. Perfect talaga yung place we will book again after 9 months pag uwi ni Husband🤍

GGuest UserThe room was almost clean, except for old underwear under the bed. There was a chair on the balcony that collapsed under me the first second I sat on it – luckily, I caught myself. Check-in was late, so I had to wait for an assistant. The bedding seemed clean, but it was well-worn. The sea view from the window was exactly as described. Check-out was more difficult than check-in; I sat at the reception for over 3 hours waiting for my deposit refund. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, as my internet ran out. In short, I didn't wait any longer and went into town to try and pay for internet, but that's another story. Later, when I got connected, I called a hotel employee and it turned out they had lost track of me. They refunded my deposit via transfer to a third-party card, for which I'm very grateful. Photos are attached.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel because we are waiting for our 11 pm flight and to be honest we did not expect anything but at least a decent clean room because it is a budget hotel but the stay is warming still. The staff were kind enough to let us have the room at the grounds so that will not have to carry all our big luggages on the upper floors and the other room is also okay it's just a little cardio from the staircase but no harm done. All in all it is still a recommend for those who are also just like us waiting for their flights.

LLynneJourneyI booked here before we arrived in the Airport at 12midnight .before i confirmed i asked through email if its ok to book now and we used it when we arrived. They responsed me its ok if the said hotel is available 24hrs . When we arrived in the place the personnel said it can't be use because our check in was 2pm. But we arrived there12mid so they asked me to pay another 1600ph just for overnight stay no choice we dont want to find another place we need to check out 12pm to catch our flight overseas ,since there place was not so easy to find its dark and going inside the narrow streets ,taxi are not so familiar they drop us in other REDDOORZ .we need to drove again there by Grab taxi . One thing i liked here they hired PWD👏👏 . The room we got is good even couple of cockraoches was there too🤣 water pressure was strong 🥰 food is Good especially the hot chocolate and coffee . water dripping from above aircon make sounds annoying. Tik tak tik tak lol

GGuest UserThe room is very efficient for its price. It is already arconditioned, with Satellite TV and what I like most is your very own private bathroom. You would not find a deal as cheap as that that has a private bathroom. It's just that, there's no towel and bottled water as mentioned and the faucet on the sink isn't working well.
