"We stayed overnight and from someone who is fairly fussy I found the accommodation very good. We had two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ensuite bathroom was a little bit impractical being quite small and toilet behind the door. Main bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen clean and practical. My negative comment was the outdoor table which was sticky and we needed to clean it. We stayed on the 11th floor and if we got a room as good the next time would happily stay again. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had a couple couple of minor issues with getting into the apartment and finding the parking which was a liile unclear to us regarding "lower garage ", It was noisy on a Monday morning and I woke to the sound of a jack hammer. Still people need to earn a living! "

I understand it’s a 3.5 star hotel however our apartment had smoke stained ceilings and walls, frayed carpet, mismatched furniture, smelled musty and is in desperate need of a makeover. I expressed my concerns to management and they didn’t care. I would not recommend The Summit Apartments and I won’t stay there again."

"We travelled with families. How lucky we found this lovely self-serviced hotel in Brisbane CBD. With very reasonable price, you got everything you need in the kitchen – stoves, dishwasher, plates, oven etc. Plus, there's even a washing machine. They even provide the washing powder for free. Their rooms are more spacious than standard hotel rooms. We booked one room with a small cute backyard which we enjoyed a bit quiet time in a noisy CBD area. The staff at Springhill Gardens are friendly, helpful. We actually arrived very late in the evening and way past the office hours. But the site manager still welcomed us in a most professional and helpful way. We were very grateful for that."

"Although it was only a one-night stay, I think it's a very good accommodation, being close to the airport and with excellent service. There's no microwave in the room, but when I asked the reception, they kindly heated up my food for me, which was very helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. The free parking was another reason I chose this place. I would definitely recommend it to everyone."

"The king room was well lit and clean. Housekeeping refilled clean towels and kept the room clean every day we were there. The gym, pool and sauna were our favourite part of the stay. Well equipped with quality gear and maintained. Staff genuinely lovely and provided great service. Only thing was the limited breakfast options, unfortunately the bread slices I had weren’t fresh. The coffee quality in the breakfast buffet was average and lukewarm. I’d opt for a barista coffee from the cafe lobby if you’re a coffee lover. Besides breakfast, the stay was wonderful. My partner and I enjoyed our 4-night stay and would recommend it to F&F staying in Brisbane."

"First room was honestly not ok for the price, but the reception was very nice and changed us into a better room. The second one was ok except the fact that hot and cold in the shower were inverted and I basically roasted myself in trying to adjust it. They were very nice but no compensation was offered. "Firstly, the hotel is in a neighbourhood that has a persistent issue with loitering and illegal activity which made us uncomfortable leaving the hotel on foot in the evening. Also we were frequently disturbed throughout the night by loud noises, shouting, and other disruptive behaviour from non-guests loitering outside the building. The inner part of building is not enclosed so when it rains you will get wet walking from the elevator to your room. I was also met with an indifferent and unhelpful attitude from the manager Henry when I approached the front desk with a question. Also calling this a hotel is a bit of a joke as 90% of the residents are renters. it’s a place full of weird people and definitely is not safe. There are much nicer areas to stay in. But if you do stay, do not take the free bus 30 to the city. The bus stop is next to a parole office. I don't have to say more!"
