The location was fantastic as my conference was in Springhill. The room was very spacious. The decor a little tired, but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. My room had a balcony - which was great as I love fresh air and the freedom to sit outside. Car parking was included, which was a big reason I selected the Summit in the first place. A coffee shop was just around the corner, easy walk - for my morning fix. I felt very safe in this apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed. This property is tired and dated. I understand it’s a 3.5 star hotel however our apartment had smoke stained ceilings and walls, frayed carpet, mismatched furniture, smelled musty and is in desperate need of a makeover. I expressed my concerns to management and they didn’t care. I would not recommend The Summit Apartments and I won’t stay there again.

Pool has been under construction for at least 18months. Whole building could do with major renovation. Carpet in hallways are a trip hazard. Black mold in renovated bathroom roof. Reception fella was friendly. Location is good.

Was OK really but not worth the money sofa was riped the man on reception taken a call why he was checking me in and then started to provide the service for someone else and just left me to wait

Super friendly and accommodating service. We had to book lat minute, all details were sent through promptly. The apartment had everything you could need and a number to call if any issues. Loved there was a tv in the main bedroom of our 2brm apt. Will book again.
