Ugh... it was noisy, old, and the doors slammed shut. As soon as I entered, the lamp next to the side table was broken, so I moved it elsewhere. More than anything, it was really noisy, but I just gave up... Sigh... Why did I choose this place...? The cafes and restaurants nearby were surprisingly good, so the location gets 5 stars... it's a bit uphill though... But this place... never again... Sigh... seriously... The cleaning, though, was 5 stars every day...

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and very kind to my child. Even though my child doesn't speak much English, they were able to ask questions and get responses. ❤️ The room was very clean and tidy, with a kitchen where you can cook, a TV, a desk, a fridge, and a coffee machine. They refilled the coffee capsules daily, and the lighting was excellent! My child said: "The first floor is very fancy, and the mini-kitchen is so cute! I also have my own special bed." Definitely the kind of place I'd stay at again!

The room was fantastic and fully equipped – perfect for a family trip. The front desk staff was also very nice. The only downside, which is common in all Australian hotels, is that you can't check in early, but you can leave your luggage.

The location was great, close to the city center, and the facilities were clean and nice. Having a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, was very convenient. The room was also spacious, which made it feel less cramped.
