Where to begin? The unit was dimly lit with old oyster light fittings, poorly maintained electrical plugs hung loose off the wall, every cupboard and wardrobe had either water damage or railings that didn't run properly, the strange little cabinet miraculously holding up the TV was bought optimistically and assembled with the true abandonment of profit over quality, the shower head was leaky and barely attached to the wall, and every inch of the place was barely cleaned, particularly the floor which left our feet and socks grey and greasy. Every facet of the accommodation was sub-standard, I truly can't understand how they have the star-rating they do, people are either too kind when reviewing, or we got the only awful room in the building. Definitely won't stay again, and will happily tell people to avoid your business. Positives: Spring Hill Mews is indeed in Spring Hill. The front door locked, the TV and fridge worked. Bravo.
