Anonymous UserI was very satisfied with my first stay at this hotel. However, when I checked in again three days later, even though the front desk staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a larger room with a view of the Sphere, the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The trash can was full, and there were leftover bottles and cans on the mini-bar. I was in a hurry to catch a show, so I called them to clean it up. To my surprise, when I returned after the show, some trash was still there – they had only taken one of the empty cans! I had to go down to the front desk and call repeatedly, and finally, around 1 AM, they came to clean it thoroughly. To top it off, it was Independence Day, and someone on my floor was smoking ****, and the smell was incredibly strong!!!

PafuzhengguangzuThe room is spacious and clean, with two refrigerators – one for paid items and another empty one for your own drinks. There's a 24-hour Walgreens nearby. You can access the Sphere directly from inside the hotel. The Szechuan beef noodles at Asia Noodle are very authentic. The 4th-floor pool is large, and there's also a pool garden on the 10th floor, where the evening lights illuminating the sculptures create a very European vibe. Soaking in the jacuzzi with the night breeze blowing is incredibly relaxing. If you're taking an Antelope Canyon day tour, the tour operator will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

FanglitongI was exhibiting at the convention center next door, and this is the closest hotel to the LVCC. There's a direct pathway from the hotel to the exhibition hall (only about 10 meters of outdoor walking), so you don't have to go out onto the street. Of course, you could go the long way around, but then you'd be exposed to more sun. I stayed on the 13th floor, overlooking a residential area with desert hills in the distance. You can see the Sphere from the elevator lobby. The hotel's ground floor is a casino, and no breakfast is a significant drawback. The room had a sofa but no desk, which is inconvenient if you need to use a laptop for extended periods. The windows couldn't be opened. The overall decor is a bit dated; it doesn't feel as modern and new as high-end hotels in China. Additionally, there's a parking lot about 50 meters in front of the hotel, which is unattended and costs $10 a day for self-payment. My Chinese phone couldn't use the payment system, so I had to keep running back and forth to the front desk for help. There's a monorail station nearby (I didn't check prices or routes), and directly opposite is a gas station. The hotel is only one street away from the Las Vegas Strip, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the Wynn Hotel (where we rented our car from Hertz). Across from the exhibition hall, there are dining options like McDonald's, Denny's, Taco Bell, Vietnamese restaurants, Korean BBQ, and Indian food. Overall, it was decent and very convenient for the exhibition.

Guest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There's an elevator, which is a lifesaver for big luggage. The hotel has parking available; just let the front desk know you need it when checking in. They'll register your car and give you a pass with your departure date. From the hotel, you can walk to the Sphere and also to the Las Vegas Strip. There's a 7-Eleven right next door too.

Guest UserThe air conditioning is quite old. You have to manually set it around 70 degrees, otherwise, at lower temperatures, it gets really noisy and the temperature fluctuates a lot. Everything else was great.

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the *****. I will definitely stay here again!

TriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Guest UserOrleans is an off ***** vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the ******. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The ****** lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

Guest UserThe hotel was better than expected as reviews were not always so favorable. We were a little sad that the pool was not open but it happened to open two days before leaving. We liked the slots of fun bar for the cheap hot dogs, popcorn and beer. Our bus stop to go south on the deuce bus was right outside the street although the walk from our West hotel room was a little on the long side. The bus going north however was a little walk away but still very convenient. Windows were dirty on the outside but understandable as it was winter. Still a good view of the sphere.
