Spa Hotels in Las Vegas

The service was much better than the reviews suggested. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. We even got a 57th-floor Sphere view room without tipping! Odd-numbered rooms offer great views but not of the pool. The Italian restaurant downstairs was delicious. The front desk also provided complimentary water and toiletries like toothbrushes. We even received chocolates upon check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, my only minor concern is that the pool's cleanliness could be improved. Everything else was satisfactory, the hotel is very new, and the service was excellent!

Located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, about $20 from the airport. The hotel lobby is right inside the entrance, which is very convenient. I used the 'sandwich trick' to get an upgraded room with a view (Eiffel Tower, pool, fountain view), but the windows were so incredibly dirty that you couldn't really appreciate the scenery up close – what a waste! The room itself was very large, but there were far too few power outlets, nowhere near enough for travelers to charge their devices. There was only one chair and a small table (less than half-sized). If you had a second person, they either had to stand or sit on the bed. When I asked the front desk if they could send another chair to the room, they said, 'We don't offer that service.' Checking in around 1 PM, I avoided the peak rush and got a room right away, which was great. Check-out was at 11 AM, and the lobby was packed. Luckily, there was a fast check-out box by the elevators where you could just drop your room key and sleeve. Otherwise, I imagine it would have taken an hour to check out. In mid-July, it was 45 degrees Celsius during the day in Las Vegas, but the room stayed comfortable even without the air conditioning on at night. The bed was large and very clean. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The fridge was surprisingly empty, so I could put my own drinks in it. There's an ice machine on every floor. Walking less than 10 minutes in either direction from the hotel, you'll find a large supermarket. Right next door to the hotel is a big shopping mall with lots of dining options, most of which are open until midnight. If you keep walking for another 15 minutes, there's a large In-N-Out Burger. Walking about 5 minutes in the other direction, there's an outdoor food market with many different eateries. The Bellagio Fountains are directly opposite the hotel's main entrance. The hotel pool was very crowded during the day, and many of the pool loungers required payment. The pool water was quite cold, so I just took some photos and left. You have the option to decline housekeeping and simply ask staff for fresh towels. Overall, the value for money is still quite good. It's worth staying at least once.

This hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Las Vegas Strip, and the room rates are reasonable. The room was clean and tidy. They also offer free parking, which is a real money-saver and super convenient. It's a great choice for budget-conscious travelers driving themselves.

I was exhibiting at the convention center next door, and this is the closest hotel to the LVCC. There's a direct pathway from the hotel to the exhibition hall (only about 10 meters of outdoor walking), so you don't have to go out onto the street. Of course, you could go the long way around, but then you'd be exposed to more sun. I stayed on the 13th floor, overlooking a residential area with desert hills in the distance. You can see the Sphere from the elevator lobby. The hotel's ground floor is a casino, and no breakfast is a significant drawback. The room had a sofa but no desk, which is inconvenient if you need to use a laptop for extended periods. The windows couldn't be opened. The overall decor is a bit dated; it doesn't feel as modern and new as high-end hotels in China. Additionally, there's a parking lot about 50 meters in front of the hotel, which is unattended and costs $10 a day for self-payment. My Chinese phone couldn't use the payment system, so I had to keep running back and forth to the front desk for help. There's a monorail station nearby (I didn't check prices or routes), and directly opposite is a gas station. The hotel is only one street away from the Las Vegas Strip, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the Wynn Hotel (where we rented our car from Hertz). Across from the exhibition hall, there are dining options like McDonald's, Denny's, Taco Bell, Vietnamese restaurants, Korean BBQ, and Indian food. Overall, it was decent and very convenient for the exhibition.

Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.

I think it depends on the timing, but the check-in line (about 7 groups) moved incredibly slowly, and I was tired after standing for about 30 minutes. There were several Starbucks and food shops within the hotel, so I didn't need to go out. The bed and shower in the room were clean. However, the lack of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient, but I was satisfied with the room's size, price, and cleanliness.

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the *****. I will definitely stay here again!

Our visit was for our daughters cheer competition. Loved how convenient it was in one location. Access to my room between call times and the room is so roomy and kids love the room service!

This hotel is perfect for families with kids! They even let us add our child to the room for free. There's a roller coaster inside, which is free to enter, but you need to buy tickets to ride. They have their classic donut breakfast, and the pool in the morning is shaded, which is great for escaping the heat. There were two lifeguards on standby, and even a food truck by the pool. Although the space within the hotel is a bit limited, it's very convenient to get to other places and it's located away from congested traffic areas. I'll definitely book here again next time!
