Spa Hotels in Bucharest

Excellent stay at JW Marriott Bucharest The hotel is truly impressive, beautifully maintained, and elegant. From the moment you enter, you can feel the attention to detail and the high standards throughout the property. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and well kept, and the public areas of the hotel are equally impressive, stylish, and welcoming. The facilities and services offered by the hotel are excellent, especially the spa, which provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience and adds a lot to the overall stay. Above all, I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the hotel team. The staff are professional, attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and valued. I would especially like to mention Anna from the Concierge Department, who was exceptional. She was extremely professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request. Her personal attention made our stay even more special. JW Marriott Bucharest offers a wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. A highly recommended hotel for anyone looking for a premium experience in Bucharest.

It's great value for money, and the room is pretty good. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Free bottled water is provided. Parking is also quite convenient. The breakfast is plentiful.

big hotel with quiet and spacious rooms away from the centre but easily reachable by the express bus no 100. we bought the Multiplu 72 hours surface transport pass( bus+tram)  costing 20 RON which was valid for airport bus 100 too. Bucharest is nicely connected by bus and trams and we did not use Metro for travel. the rooms and beds were comfortable and provided very good sleep. the hotel is hardly 20 mins from OTP airport which is welcome as there is always very heavy traffic in Bucharest. this city is really well planned with cheap transport and some truly beautiful buildings. we saw the art gallery and the Cotroceni” National Museum which i feel is  one of the best palaces in the world and also the administration palace wing which was open as a combined ticket available only on weekends. the hotel looks a bit old but without any issue offering a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is good, the view on the river side is very good, and there is a small balcony. The location is also very good, very close to the city, breakfast is very rich, it is recommended.

The hotel is new and a lovely hotel.the rooms are amazing and very nice

A lovely relaxing get away ,was travelling with family location was great check-in was smooth. was greeted my staff, lobby and public areas was so clean we also had complimentary breakfast was also included which was a bonus for me would definitely go back again.

For the price it’s pretty good for a penthouse apartment on the top floor. The only negative I would say is that despite being a smart home when you need heating on it wouldn’t heat up the room. Overall the host is a lovely person and is helpful and attentive and it’s a location I would recommend if ever in the area.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

The hotel is within walking distance of the city center (30-40 minutes). The airport bus stop is nearby. Our room wasn't ready by 2:00 PM, so we had to wait a bit. There was no elevator, which was very inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or for older people.

Thank you for your service during my stay. Here is my feedback on this stay: • Reception: The front desk staff are very warm and professional, check-in and check-out procedures are fast and efficient. • Room experience: The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are soft, and provide a good rest environment. The bathroom facilities are well maintained and clean and odorless. • Food and beverage services: The breakfast is rich in variety and the taste meets expectations. Dinner is served in the hotel restaurant, the food is fresh and the service is thoughtful. • Facilities and convenience: The hotel's fitness center and swimming pool are very convenient and well maintained, adding extra comfort to my stay. • Location and transportation: The hotel is strategically located, convenient to the city center and major tourist attractions, and convenient transportation. • Cost-effective: Considering the services and facilities provided, I think the price of the hotel is reasonable. Overall, I was happy with the stay. Thank you again for your hospitality.
