"Hotel Staff are very accomodating. Allowed us to do early che kin since room is already available. Beach towel is also available. Breakfas tbuffet with sea view is superb! Food was okay considering the price paid. Just please update more on the veggies or salad. Live acoustic at night is superb, we enjoyed it every night esp with Paulo. "The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautiful! The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a bunch of cafes and little shops. You don't have to go far for anything. Even though the hotel is right in the thick of things, there's a courtyard that provides a nice escape from the crowds, which is really handy. In the evenings, there's entertainment in the courtyard. There's also a rooftop pool at the hotel. And the massage was excellent; we went to a therapist named Lara. The service is also great. The ladies at the front desk are always ready to help. We asked them to pack a breakfast for our child because we were checking out early, and our child doesn't eat much in the morning. We managed to have breakfast ourselves at 6 AM. They prepared a breakfast for the child and accommodated our requests. The breakfasts at the hotel are a solid 4 out of 5. I felt there weren't quite enough dishes, but you definitely won't go hungry. The rooms have everything you need for comfort – robes, slippers, and toiletries. There's even hair conditioner and body lotion. This is an excellent hotel – I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea. There aren't any private sun loungers, but they do provide beach towels."

"Situated in Station 3, beside the highway. It's near the beach for us. Room is okay, just on our 2nd day, saw a cockroach on the floor. Door was broken and made us skip our lunch due to maintenance trying to fix it.
Love the welcome as they have welcome drinks and help us carry our things to 3rdflr. But when the door in our room was broken and cause inconvenienced to us, didn't feel that they care, did not even apologize.
Stayed 3 days and there's only 3 choices for breakfast. We had to eat the same food twice."

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

GGuest UserLocated at the heart of station 2 where the fun starts. Walk to the beach as soon as you come out of the hotel but very busy. If you want a quiet and tranquil holiday this is not for you. It’s like going through a labyrinth everytime going home to your room but can get use to it. Check in was a bit of a pain since we came in a large group and felt a bit deceptive as our deluxe room (king bed) was upgraded to premier with double bed and a single which didn’t work for couples longing for a king bed. But I guess the upgrade was more for us to be closer to the beach. Would be nice if the reason was explained to us. But no big issue and would not fault the hotel for that small hiccup. The rooms are a dated but reasonably clean and the best was comfort if the bed and came in white sheets. Our room has balcony and iverlooking the pool. Got everything you need in a resort. Short walk to the shops and cafes you’ll never get hungry. Lots of fire dance in different spots of the whole stretch of station 2. Big thanks to France the hotel chauffeur who drive us to the hospital for my daughter’s emergency situation. It’s a shame that it wasn’t his duty when we checked out but hope that he got our tip in thanks to his efforts to us. Thanks to the entire staff including the nurse who assisted my daughter. Overall we were happy despite the short stay and will definitely come back to this brand of hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

And the food… absolutely extravagant! 🍽️ Every meal felt like a feast, with flavors that made each dining experience special. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the quiet ambiance, or indulging in delicious dishes, everything felt effortlessly luxurious.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at Hotel Belmont Boracay for four nights. The staff was genuinely top-notch! They kindly provided an early check-in after our extremely last-minute booking, which was incredibly helpful.
We loved the peaceful, isolated location and having a private beach nearby was a big plus, though we wish the shuttle service schedule was more frequent.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by room problems. Our original room on the 5th floor was extremely humid to the point where the floors and walls were visibly wet. We complained, and a technician was sent who changed the AC to a freezing 14°C… which apparently was the only way to reduce the dampness, but it made the room uncomfortably cold for sleeping.
Only after the first night did they agree to move us. While the second room was much better with the humidity, the cleaning was severely lacking:
· We found a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom.
· None of the amenities were switched out (face tissues, toilet tissues, tea bags).
· Most disturbingly, the shower smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unfortunate.
This showed us the hotel clearly knows about the humidity issue but didn't proactively switch us, and the room change felt rushed without proper housekeeping. The breakfast was good, not bad.
Belmont is a hotel with extremely wonderful staff in a great location, but let down by critical maintenance and cleanliness failures. Double-check your room immediately upon arrival.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
