"The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautiful! The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a bunch of cafes and little shops. You don't have to go far for anything. Even though the hotel is right in the thick of things, there's a courtyard that provides a nice escape from the crowds, which is really handy. In the evenings, there's entertainment in the courtyard. There's also a rooftop pool at the hotel. And the massage was excellent; we went to a therapist named Lara. The service is also great. The ladies at the front desk are always ready to help. We asked them to pack a breakfast for our child because we were checking out early, and our child doesn't eat much in the morning. We managed to have breakfast ourselves at 6 AM. They prepared a breakfast for the child and accommodated our requests. The breakfasts at the hotel are a solid 4 out of 5. I felt there weren't quite enough dishes, but you definitely won't go hungry. The rooms have everything you need for comfort ā robes, slippers, and toiletries. There's even hair conditioner and body lotion. This is an excellent hotel ā I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea. There aren't any private sun loungers, but they do provide beach towels."

From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, itās heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because Iāll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best weāve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

GGuest UserOur beach vacation this time was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the ocean. Just opening the balcony door reveals an endless sea view, and waking up to the sound of waves in the morning was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's overall environment was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere throughout. The pool area is very thoughtfully designed, featuring both an infinity pool and a children's pool, catering to all guests. Enjoying the sunset by the pool in the evening was particularly romantic.
Our room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful stay. I especially loved the bathroom design, which is both modern and functional, allowing you to soak in the tub while enjoying the sea view.
For dining, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering fresh fruit, freshly prepared hot dishes, and local specialties, catering to all tastes. The hotel's seafood restaurant is highly recommended; the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the dishes were delicious.
The staff were friendly and incredibly responsive to our needs, making us feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out.
Overall, this is a perfect seaside hotel for a relaxing getaway, ideal for both couples and families looking to create beautiful memories. We would definitely return again!

Due to the negligence of the first hotel, I was charged twice, and this beautiful female manager helped me communicate with the original hotel and got the money back. Thank you so much! The restaurant service was also great, and the hygiene was impeccable. All in all, it completely exceeded expectations. As for the issue of the room not having a balcony, it was perfectly solved by the hotel's very affordable dry cleaning service. Highly recommended!!!

SSom A.I had an amazing stay at Henann Lagoon Boracay- everything was truly on point. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the lagoon-style pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long day out. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better.
And I have to mention the breakfast buffet , easily one of the most impressive and high-quality breakfast spreads Iāve had. Great variety, fresh options, and everything tasted really good.
The location is also ideal: close enough to the beach and restaurants, but still peaceful and private. Overall, Henann Lagoon exceeded my expectations, and Iād definitely stay here again.

LLiraāscapeThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount Iāve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo š«¶ was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. š¤© also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. š«¶

GGuest UserI recently stayed at **The Lind Boracay**, and while the hotel **looks great from the outside**, my experience with the **service and facilities** was disappointing.
Despite the hotel's stylish and modern design, the **service felt unprofessional**, lacking warmth and attentiveness. The overall experience felt **bland and empty**, with little effort to make guests feel truly welcome or valued.
The **biggest issue was the room's maintenance**. Inside the shower, there was a **leak from the ceiling, dripping through the lightbulb**, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the **bathtub lid wouldnāt close and remained open at all times**, which was frustrating.
The only truly positive aspects of the stay were the **breakfast, which was enjoyable**, and the **aesthetic appeal of the building itself**. Unfortunately, beyond that, the hotel failed to meet expectations, and I believe thereās a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of service quality and room maintenance.

The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you.
Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.
The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers!
You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services.
Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise.
If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one.

The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.
