HHugo RafaelThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

I savored the delectable cuisine from the Filipino kitchen, which offered a wonderful experience of indulging in mouth-watering dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The flavors were a true representation of Filipino home cooking, bringing warmth and comfort to every meal.
The rooms are perfect and clean.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, from Nico welcoming us at the airport and making the island transfer smooth and easy to Mhyca facilitating a smooth check in. The hotel is right next to the beach and just a short shuttle ride away from Dmall for shopping and good food. Had an amazing holiday. Wish we could have stayed longer!

DDaniel123On my previous review, I mentioned some of the drawback regarding this hotel. On my recent stay, they have managed to turn things around and made my whole stay an enjoyable one. The staffs were proactive in asking if I need any assistance. The room is clean and spacious and they had more variety of foods for their buffet breakfast. I would most likely stay here again.

SS ArumugamA wonderful villa, excellent view of Boracay south sea.. woke up daily to see the sunrise 🌅 with wonderful view of the islands across the sea… the service was excellent, especially Ms Arlene who was assigned to our Villa.. she made our stay a more than just pleasant one 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
The location may not be very accessible.. please book a Trike to bring both yourself + luggages to their main gate.. else you may need to carry them across many high and lows slopes.. my luggage broke 2 wheels due to this lack of knowledge 👌🏼.. but don’t let this affect the wonderful experience in store at One Hagden Villa 👍🏼👍🏼

YYuriiUsually they write about some disadvantages, but I would like to leave a positive review without any shortcomings.
1. Staff. Having visited many countries, I can definitely say that no one treated me with such warmth as in this country. They were ready to do everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
2. Cleanliness. Every day they came and cleaned the room.
3. Location. You need to walk through the construction site for literally 2 minutes and you will find yourself on the embankment, essentially this is the first line, so you don’t need to walk far.
4. Buffet. You can always find something for yourself, even though it is small. We also ordered food from the hotel menu for lunch/dinner. It was very tasty, the portions are large, you won’t regret it!
Special thanks to the staff, they took great care of us in many ways. If we come back we will 100% stay with you.

The amenities provided were also quite good. However, the main drawback is the distance from the Boracay stations. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind.
