GGuest UserThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

I savored the delectable cuisine from the Filipino kitchen, which offered a wonderful experience of indulging in mouth-watering dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The flavors were a true representation of Filipino home cooking, bringing warmth and comfort to every meal.
The rooms are perfect and clean.

RRyan MacInteresting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel.
Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome.
Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind.
Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque.
Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service.
Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

GGuest UserWe absolutely love this hotel! It has a very homely feel, and we specifically chose it because it's not a chain hotel. The unique thing about it is that it's built into a cliff, and the owners, who are very friendly and welcoming, live right at the top. The breakfasts are delicious and à la carte. While you wait for breakfast, you can play billiards or board games. The room is very spacious. There's a very friendly woman at the front desk in the lobby, and plenty of books to read by the pool or in your room. The hotel's location is excellent; everything is close by, but it's also nice to take a walk. White Beach is just a 7-10 minute walk away. Wonderful experience at the hotel!

GGuest UserThe resort was quite far from the main locations like DMall and Station 1-3, but they had free shuttle schedules so that was a pleasant convenience.
But there is a beach nearby that’s accessible by walking, and we had it all to ourselves when we went there! Perfect sand, perfect water, perfect for pictures!
The staff were pleasant and courteous, and catered to our early breakfast request. A few areas needed improvement but we really couldn’t complain given the price.
All in all we had an almost perfect stay!

GGuest UserThe panoramic suite we stayed in had a large room and living room. The most eye-catching thing was that you could see the sea view while lying on the bed. The balcony was very large, about 8 meters long and 2 meters wide. It was very beautiful to lie on the balcony and look at the beach and the starry sky. The color of the sea was rich, gradually changing from white to dark blue, blending with the blue of the sky. The tropical 🌴 trees made the beach full of charm. It was a good place for leisure and vacation, especially suitable for three or four people, and it was 5 minutes away from the beach.

AAnna IugovaAll was ok , but really far from all the activities.
They have transfer, but not many slots. Ppl are nice there. But behind the fridge it was too dirty.
Breakfast I also didn’t like , but it is my personal opinion. And they r pet friendly, that is very good. Also massage is good.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were accommodating, and they granted our requests whenever possible. What I really loved was how friendly the staff were—they greeted us every time, no matter how many times they saw us.
Requests such as early check-in were possible as long as there was an available room. The house rules were clearly explained and not too strict. What pleasantly surprised us was that we had access to the swimming pool at La Carmela Hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
This place is great for simple family trips and for couples. It’s within walking distance to the beachfront and close to everything.

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk even allow us to early check in even our time to check in is 2 pm we checked in at 12pm🌊. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. We also loved the bar—perfect for watching the sunset. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. Worth every penny!”
