"Facilities: Generally good. Being on the mountain, the electricity can be unstable at times, with occasional power outages, but it's usually restored quickly. The road leading to the hotel is very winding, especially the last 50 meters, which is a super bumpy dirt slope. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs around 2000 rupees, and to the city center, it's about 1200 rupees.
Cleanliness: Acceptable, neat and clean.
Environment: Absolutely beautiful. It was the most therapeutic day I spent in Pokhara. Checking in in the afternoon, you can see Phewa Lake and the World Peace Pagoda, though not the Fishtail Mountain (Machapuchare). At night, you can enjoy the city's night view. Waking up to a sea of clouds in the morning, you can see Fishtail Mountain right from the balcony – it's stunning and truly felt healing.
Service: Warm and polite, the staff are very friendly. We ate at the restaurant; breakfast was a buffet, and for dinner, we had curry rice, which also tasted great 😌.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here 😊"

"Bon petit déjeuner dommage que le café soit payant pour un hôtel de ce type. Pour le reste c'est correct. Le patron sympathise facilement mais un peu trop insistant sur la vente des produits annexes.
J'avais demandé de faire un trek soft style 3 à 4h à leur agence. En fait, c'était des marches de 6 à 8h difficiles avec beaucoup d'escaliers. Même en étant sportif, cela a été très dur et particulièrement la descente Ghorepani à Tatopani"

The room was sooo beautiful I absolutely loved the decor super cozy and just felt really nice to stay in. The staff were also amazing, super friendly and really helpful the whole time
One thing I loved was that they even have a Thai chef, and the food was sooo good 🥹 tasted just like home. There’s also a mountain viewpoint with such a beautiful vibe perfect for chilling and taking photos 📸

Chinese people choose carefully. I feel that this second-ranked list is really not worth it. It should be a swipe. I spent 1,500 to book a room. The same price is far different from the Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu. The price is at the level of a five-star hotel. Except that the hotel is close to the lake, there are not many highlights. The rooms are shabby and small. The food is not delicious and rich. If you have dinner, it is very expensive at your own expense. I wanted to go out to the Peace Pagoda and asked the hotel how much the fare was. I was told directly at the door that the hotel had a car and the price was 3500 round trip. I thought it was a bit expensive, so I went directly to the opposite side of the lake to find a black car and the price was 2000. It was a big difference. Twice as much. I really don’t recommend it and I probably won’t book with them again.
But there was one highlight that impressed me deeply. The ferry uncle and the security guard were really nice, kind and gentle.

Souled OutNice welcome given. They put up some form of musical choir welcoming you into lodge. Rooms were great. Breskfast also great. Manage to dine in the evening, had some great local dinner with less spicy request. Just a few dragging table noise in the early hours of 6 am, which the hotel investigation said it was done by other patrons of the lodge and not the staff. All good, it would been a great view but was dampen by heavy fog and it was zero visibility.

This is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.

The hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

The property is absolutely out of pokhara and very close to nature. To reach this place is tough but once you reach it, you will enjoy it. Awesome beautiful property. Nice polite staff and ready to help always. The swimming pool is superb. Over-all very happy

Located at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

李Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.
