This hotel is located right in the heart of Pokhara, less than 30 meters from Phewa Lake. The location is excellent. While the facilities are a bit older, they are very well-maintained and organized. In the evenings, they offer free folk song and dance performances, which really add to the enjoyment of the trip. The hotel staff speak a little Chinese and are very polite. Highly recommended!

I took the cable car to Sarankot, it was a great experience. I had the carriage all to myself. I must say the staff were wonderful.. From the driver who picked me up at my hotel to the ticket staff, the boarding staff and exit staff I would recommend this to everyone going to Sarankot. I stayed at The high Ground Hotel, it was basic, cheap (£12.00 per night) which included breakfast My room was excellent and I had a nice view of lakeside from my small balcony The room and private bathroom was was spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and very attentive. Dinner was great, I tried sadako for the first time, I really enjoyed it after the initial shock of how spicy it was. The only downside was the weather. It was very misty, so I didn't see the Annapurna Mountains at sunset. The morning was also misty however I did see the mountain a, even if it wasn't clear.

The hotel is located on the mountaintop, about a 35–45 minute drive by taxi from Lakeside. You can also choose to take the cable car. Once you arrive, you’ll immediately feel that the journey is absolutely worth it. This is a truly beautiful and unique place to stay. The surroundings are stunning, especially on a clear day when you can enjoy breathtaking views. What impressed us the most was the service — everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with lovely decorations and a cake. It was completely unexpected and made our stay even more special and memorable. We are truly grateful for the effort and hospitality, and this will always be one of our most wonderful travel memories.

Comfortable hotel we chose for the night before our flight to Kathmandu. The rooms was spacious, clean and functional, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh. Recommended.

The hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

The hotel is within walking distance to Phewa Lake, and there are many small shops nearby to browse. They offer umbrellas for rent at the front desk on rainy days. The laundry service is paid and outsourced. There seemed to be a communication breakdown among the front desk staff, as I had to go up and down multiple times. The second time I used the wash and dry service, some of my clothes got mixed up with another guest's. That guest had a very thick, waterproof jacket, which resulted in my clothes not being fully dried.

Breakfast is another highlight, with a satisfying selection of fresh and flavorful options that cater to different tastes. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring or relaxing by the lake. I returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.  If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.  The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).   Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized. In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.

The accomodation was pretty impressive, the room service was excellent also the breakfast was abundant. It was also very convenient as they also provided us paragliding services as well definitely recommend staying at busy bee

The hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient. The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in. The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.
