Loved the design and the view. Every room has a balcony. Overall it’s a nice hotel but we came during the low season so probably hence the lack of amenities. The wifi didn’t work even though the owner tried hard to solve it, for the breakfast I got a small cup of instant coffee watered down beyond belief, the pillows if you take of the pillowcase are so dirty that I was about to throw up. And it’s not that we usually stay at fancy hotels but we weren’t lucky with this one.

I stayed here for one night, and it was a flawless experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained, with rooms fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were highly professional, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is their exceptional guest service. I originally planned to take a bus to Lumbini and asked the front desk for assistance. They went above and beyond by calling the owner over to help me. I was initially a bit skeptical, assuming it might be an expensive upsell for private transport. However, after an honest conversation, the owner offered us an incredibly competitive and fair price simply because we were guests at his hotel. The private transfer turned out to be the best decision we made, thanks to our phenomenal driver. He spoke fluent English, was genuinely kind, and was an exceptionally cautious driver, which was incredibly reassuring given how winding and bumpy the roads can be. He even thoughtfully offered to pull over at a gorgeous scenic suspension bridge so we could take photos. When we arrived in Lumbini, he proactively gave us invaluable advice on how to navigate the area and how much time to allocate to each spot. We did not even think to ask for this information, but we realized later just how incredibly useful his advice actually was. I rarely leave hotel reviews, but the outstanding kindness from the owner, the staff, and our brilliant driver deeply impressed me. We recently stayed in a Deluxe Room at Ghandruk Resort by Hilly Valley from October 8 to October 9. We arrived early around 11 AM for a 2 PM check-in; the room was still being cleaned, which was completely understandable, though it was surprising that a resort of this size could not accommodate a request for lunch upon arrival. The property is a bit older, and the room lacked an AC, heater, or fan. However, given the 4-5°C weather, the bathroom's geyser worked perfectly and provided much-needed hot water within minutes. The room was clean, satisfying, and featured a nice small veranda. Complimentary tea and coffee sachets along with two bottles of water were nice touches. The dining experience left us with mixed feelings. The food was good but felt slightly overpriced, and the included breakfast was a fixed menu rather than a buffet. Our primary concern was the dining hall setup. As a family traveling with an infant, it was uncomfortable to eat our dinner right next to guests consuming alcohol. A designated dining space separate from the bar area would greatly improve the family-friendly appeal of the resort. Overall, it is a clean and decent property, but there is room for improvement in its dining logistics and room amenities.

Had a flight cancelled from Kathmandu and arrived the next day. Rozeena and the team were more than accommodating and supportive. During the stay they acted with swift communication and supported me throughout the time at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in pokhara!

The hotel is within walking distance to Phewa Lake, and there are many small shops nearby to browse. They offer umbrellas for rent at the front desk on rainy days. The laundry service is paid and outsourced. There seemed to be a communication breakdown among the front desk staff, as I had to go up and down multiple times. The second time I used the wash and dry service, some of my clothes got mixed up with another guest's. That guest had a very thick, waterproof jacket, which resulted in my clothes not being fully dried.

Comfortable hotel we chose for the night before our flight to Kathmandu. The rooms was spacious, clean and functional, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh. Recommended.

Watching the morning light over Pokhara from this spot is truly memorable. What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to assist — whether arranging transportation, recommending local experiences, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile. Their professionalism and friendliness create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional. Breakfast is another highlight, with a satisfying selection of fresh and flavorful options that cater to different tastes. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring or relaxing by the lake. Overall, Dahlia Boutique Hotel delivers comfort, charm, and heartfelt service in an unbeatable location. For anyone visiting Pokhara, it offers excellent value and a stay that feels both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a cozy, well-located boutique experience.

I returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.  If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.  The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).   Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized. In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.

The accomodation was pretty impressive, the room service was excellent also the breakfast was abundant. It was also very convenient as they also provided us paragliding services as well definitely recommend staying at busy bee

The hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient. The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in. The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.
