The staff that greeted us, Feryal (I hope I spelled it right) was lovely and trying to be helpful. Unfortunately, we were met with one disappointment after the other. We booked a double room to get 3 single beds and was told it was an upgrade, then the parking issue with trying to figure out there was no parking first, then pay 20 euros a day, which resulted us going somewhere else to park. The only nice staff member was Feryal, and she tried her best to help us out. The other person we met, super forward and not friendly. Shame this hotel had good breakfast and lovely location, but the experience was not good.

Compared with other hotels in the same place, this one is great! The only thing that is less pleasant is that when you lying in the balcony there is unpleasant smell of toilet somewhere. Maybe it’s close to the drainage.

Overall it was a good stay. Good location of the hotel, the beach and the city center are not far away, you can do almost everything on foot for the more sporty like me. Food not bad but not much choice. The services offered such as the spa and swimming pool are great for taking a break from a day full of sightseeing. Room very good except small downside the very dusty floor I could not be comfortable and barefoot in my room. Otherwise thank you for the welcome of the hostesses, very kind cleaning lady!

An excellent stay from start to finish! The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied and of good quality, and the location is ideal for exploring the surroundings. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful stay. We leave with beautiful memories and will return without the slightest hesitation on our next trip. Très belle hôtel service au top manque juste un peut plus de choix au niveau boisson sans alcole j'aurai aimer qui est du jus de tomate par exemple des glaces aussi mais le personnel est agréable et très serviable. A la reseception aussi. Je recommande pour un séjour bien-être spa sauna jacuzzi.

Good morning I allow to address this comment on the meal that was not at top because we had asked for halal meat and breakfast service that is not at top damage that there is no self service more choice on meals or other always the same things except the host all the rest is of zero or that it faces us payed the gas drink it's unacceptable especially when you take the service all included
