The receptionists are very attentive and help you with any questions you have. impeccable cleanliness Very good food although it depends on the time you arrive you can find it a bit dry, but they are making more. You will enjoy the hotel a lot

Staff were lovely and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were informed on meal times and things that were going on in the hotel. A great selection of food to suit everyone and very nice. Room and hotel were lovely and clean. We will definitely return, this time with are family as they have a lovely pool area for kids, and I know my kids will eat the food they have in the restaurant.

Lovely three night stay. I honestly can’t understand some of these reviews on here!?! I guess everyone’s experience is different but I am well travelled and this hotel does not deserve the reviews it has been receiving at all. I travelled with the children and our best friends and had a fab few days. The hotel itself is really cute and nicely decorated with lovely views to the mountain or the sea. I had a twin double room which had a safe and mini fridge. The bathroom was lovely and good power shower. The beds could have done with an extra pillow each. There was a hairdryer and ample storage space to hand clothes etc. No tea or coffee facility in the room. The pool was cold but that is to be expected at this time of year, everyday entertainment came and done some yoga stretching by the pool. The kids had the smaller water slide open, the big ones were not yet open. Everything was spotless and clean around the hotel. The food choices were good, not so many desserts to choose from but the food was of good quality and the waiters and waitress staff were smiley and friendly. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, maybe if people make conversation and have a laugh with them they would have seen this? I would absolutely stay at this lovely hotel again for a future mini break.

First of all I have gone to lots of hotel abroad and sometimes find the staff a little rude but put it down to a language barrier. This hotel must actually advertise for rude people to work there. We went all inclusive (big mistake) you are treated like dirt because you are all inclusive. Nothing was explained by the rude staff at reception about the rules for all inclusive we checked in around 4pm on 28/3/2024. The bar staff oh my goodness I never met the likes of them they are just horrible no other words can describe them. The restaurant staff are not any better. The food is actually horrible. We stayed for 5 nights went to breakfast once, lunch twice and evening meal twice. I will say the rooms were comfortable enough. We stayed on the 9th floor and the only staff member that was polite was our cleaner think her name was Maria or maybe maya. Such a lovely woman and wasted in a hotel like that with such rude people working there. Just checked out this morning and I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say I will NEVER return

Lovely hotel, staff were quite arrogant apart from the cleaner and the bar lady who were lovely, room facilities were very minimal, apart from that a nice stay. close to the beach and restaurants, not many English, mainly older generation French and German guests

Firstly all the staff we met were lovely and the hotel was clean. However I would not say this hotel is a 4* more like a 3*. We booked a last minute week away Easter half term. I picked this hotel over others because it had slides for the children, however the slides were closed so that was disappointing and I guess because of the time of year, the pools were freezing. Normally my kids still go in a cold pool but they couldn't stand it for longer than 10mins. I booked a standard room, (normally would get family but was last min booking) we arrived late at night so went straight to the room and to sleep it wasn't until the morning I opened the curtains and realised our 'standard' room didn't include a balcony or terrace like advertised just a window with bars. I went down to reception and explained what I was expecting from the booking details. I was told we could move rooms but would be the following day which was fine. The new room did have a very small balcony, fitting 1 chair and 1 standing person so still not great for 4 people sharing. I don't know if it's just me but a good balcony is a must when you are sharing a room with 2 older children. The rooms were clean but very small, 2 double beds against each other. So if your a light sleeper and have to share a room with children I do not recommend a standard room. All inclusive food was OK, breakfast was standard. Lunch/dinner we always found something to eat that we liked but it did feel like there was never a full meal unless you had chips or pasta with everything. I like to have cooked veg with my food rather than salad (salad looked great though), cooked veg was only on the odd occasion. Meat options were nice and plenty of fish options, however some of the labels were missing or incorrect. Evening entertainment was just a mini disco, (starting at 9.30pm) followed by music until later. One evening there was a live singer, he was good. Not alot of entertainment in the day but it was only 1 guy the whole week doing all day and night entertainment. Small games room was OK, something to do while waiting for the evening disco. Drinks were your standard all inclusive drinks. However you get 50% off premium drinks before 11pm so I recommend those cocktails to , much nicer. By far the best thing we found about the hotel was the location. A walk down the same street to the shops, then the beach is only a couple of minutes walk and lots of restaurants to eat at along the beach front. If you carry on walking along the front you come to a busier part where more bars and shops are located and we found a amusement arcade with bumper cars so the kids really enjoyed that one evening. We walked up the castle path one day and the opposite end up to the statue another. My daughter really enjoys history so we also visited the museum which is on the front to. The beach is lovely, take towels to lie on as no beds but it is a very nice beach we went alot with the pool being so cold. All in all we did get

3 may seem low but I must stress we really enjoyed the stay and the staff were fantastic. So upon arrival the reception was clean and welcoming. Staff were polite and helpful. We checked in and went straight to our room. No major complaints regarding the room. It was clean but maybe needed brightening up. It was a little tired in places. Food was great. Huge variety for all of the family whatever time of the day. The staff in the restaurant were polite and cheerful. The restaurant and staff were a credit to the hotel. All inclusive drinks are what you expect. You know it's local before you go so again no complaints. We were maybe lucky going the time of year we did with it being quiet compared to other time's and experiencing no issues with queuing, getting a sun lounger or seat's in the bar. I would recommend this hotel to people. It does need some modernising in terms of decor but overall as a family we really enjoyed our stay.

Pay no attention to the negative reviews! I booked this holiday in January while half asleep and after reading reviews I was worried. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. I emailed ahead to let the staff know we would be arriving late. I got a response quickly and was offered a cold dinner for arriving. I declined and was told that we can have a lunch any day we choose instead (we are half boars so breakfast and dinner) When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely, friendly and efficient staff member. I wish I had her name as she was beyond helpful. Our room was 315 and it was fine. 2 double beds, wardrobe space, decent bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, bath and fantastic shower. The down side was our neighbours. A bunch of rowdy English men who thought it was appropriate to create all sorts of noise on the balcony until 5am. I visited the reception this morning and was warmly greeted by the intern. I was desperately asking for a new room due to the noise which was no fault of the hotel. He quickly advised the experienced receptionist of my issue and I was given a new room. The reception area was busy with check ins and checking out but the red haired angel on the desk sorted me out promptly. I am beyond grateful. Our new room is bigger and has a sea view! The food at breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of choice and it's very fresh, we have been here 4 nights so far and no dinner have been repeated theres a vast variety every night. There are 3 of us and we have all enjoyed plenty to eat. My son (age 15) is particularly fond of the many pastries on offer in the morning. Every member of staff from reception, pool bar, breakfast, dinner and cleaning staff that we have dealt with have exceeded what I was expecting. The hotel is very big and even in mid October it's busy and they are doing an excellent job. For what we paid for this holiday the value has been excellent. The location is good just a few mins from the beach and and array of bars and restaurants within walking distance it is on a hill though so something to bear in mind if you struggle. There is a car park available for guests charged at €14 a day. The spa is small, must be booked in advance but has a lovely warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
