CCori SteinbergThe Burman was perfection. Amazing breakfast. 24/7 room service. Great spa. Fantastic massage. Beautiful decor, great layout, clean, quiet, updated technology. Every detail was thought of, even a sewing kit which came in handy. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect too.

EEU travelerHonestly it is so nice and luxury that it gave me a 5 star hotel experience already . The hotel is brand new , very nice bath tub , amazingly clean . Also just nearby old town and in a quiet area (15 mins walking distance) .

RRyuki kHad a very pleasant stay at Hilton Tallinn. The breakfast was great, with the highlight being the freshly made omelettes right in front of you – a nice touch. The sauna was relaxing, although the shower could have been colder for proper contrast therapy.
Staff were professional and well-trained, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The hotel also has direct access to the ******, which is convenient for those who enjoy ******** and contributes positively to the local economy.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good amenities and service.

LLamblampBecause I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient.
The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy.
Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn
There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.

JJudyI was given a room on the 1st floor and due to the weather, I’m only left with the option to open up the windows for some coolness to come in. Amazingly it was quiet during the night~
Breakfast was great. Appreciate the coffee machines and the options for hot food instead of just sandwich’s and salads.
Will definitely use book this hotel again thought they charge for guest overnight parking.

AAPatchWas a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

GGuest UserI booked a zen room on Trip.com, it was a special offer. When I arrived at the hotel, I was first given a standard room because the reservation had come with them as a standard room instead of a zen room. They apologized, but they also kept repeating that they would upgrade me for free. It's not an upgrade that I get a room that I have paid for and that Trip.com sold me. They should and should have sorted out the matter directly through Trip. The room itself was clean, the jacuzzi was so loud that it was impossible to use it for relaxation. In addition, the plug was stuck, making it difficult to empty. The food in the restaurant was substandard. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really good. Lots of things that could be fixed with a little effort.

JjamesblairDirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.
