Von30Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.

Monica77$$ïżŒïżŒripoff hotel đthey charge you with the water even you dont use them . Cleaner comes in and gIve you water bottles as soon as u use they charges without notifying. Big brands like this dont give you 1 water bottle which normaly offered in smallest hotels around the world .

Guest UserMy stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I had a good night's sleep every night. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always smiling and quick to respond to my needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is superb, with convenient transportation access and many attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!

Clean room, fantastic bathroom with a nice shower to enjoy an energizing bath. The position of the hotel is full of means of transportation to reach the city center in a couple of minutes. There is free coffee, tea and water on the ground floor. The personnel was friendly and let us leave our luggage even after checking out. Reasonable price for the quality of service. Furthermore, a nice breakfast can be enjoyed (we suggest the international breakfast).

The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if youâre hands free.

We have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years. Today - this hotel is very different from 2022 (pre-war). What has changed. Room cleaning every few days. If you want every day - you need to pay. They removed the heated floor. It is impossible to dry a robe or towel - there is no heated towel rail. Savings at every step. There are no delicious brie cheeses or salmon at breakfast now. The pool, which was outside, is now closed. In general, this is not the same hotel that it was several years ago.

Melike KarlıAs described. A safe place but don't forget to have a lock for your belongings for other visitors. There are lockable cabinets overhead. Also the cabin beds are very good, you can create a private area by covering them with a blanket yourself. I guess I didn't have any problems with toilets and bathrooms because I didn't go during the season. Thank youđ
