Super stay! I booked at the last moment and accidentally found these wonderful apartments. There is absolutely everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, not far from the old town, all public transport stops nearby. There is no reception, but all instructions are sent quickly, all questions are answered. Everything is very, very convenient. There is a children's room and a playground on the street, and even a trampoline! There is an opportunity to leave your luggage, there is a coffee machine in the corridor! And most importantly, you can even leave your car in the private parking lot of these apartments at no extra charge. Thank you so much! 100/10

ripoff hotel 🙄they charge you with the water even you dont use them . Cleaner comes in and gIve you water bottles as soon as u use they charges without notifying. Big brands like this dont give you 1 water bottle which normaly offered in smallest hotels around the world . its a scam ,

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

The hotel has a great location, convenient for visiting attractions, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. In particular, there is a free hot spring pool available for use. The rooms are large and clean. However, the shower faucet is terrible, making it difficult to shower and not up to the hotel's standards!

The hotel has a great location in the old town so it’s very convenient and the design around the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have antique furnishings. Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

Clean room, fantastic bathroom with a nice shower to enjoy an energizing bath. The position of the hotel is full of means of transportation to reach the city center in a couple of minutes. There is free coffee, tea and water on the ground floor. The personnel was friendly and let us leave our luggage even after checking out. Reasonable price for the quality of service. Furthermore, a nice breakfast can be enjoyed (we suggest the international breakfast).

The location is very good, the opposite is the attraction The price is very affordable, breakfast is included, breakfast is also very good The service staff is also superb, both the front desk and the restaurant are good The only flaw is that the entrance must climb half a floor of the stairs, and large luggage is inconvenient. We have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years. Today - this hotel is very different from 2022 (pre-war). What has changed. Room cleaning every few days. If you want every day - you need to pay. They removed the heated floor. It is impossible to dry a robe or towel - there is no heated towel rail. Savings at every step. There are no delicious brie cheeses or salmon at breakfast now. The pool, which was outside, is now closed. In general, this is not the same hotel that it was several years ago.

Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Transportation was very convenient, and the internet speed was excellent. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
