(Just between us 🤫: My husband immediately said the hotel owner must know feng shui! The location is just perfect – a place where the wind is sheltered and energy gathers, surrounded by mountains and water. I'm not in good health and almost always have insomnia, but I slept incredibly soundly for the three days I stayed here!!) We originally only planned to stay one day, but the environment and energy were so good that we extended our stay for two more days! If we weren't rushing to catch up on our itinerary, we would have stayed a week, not wanting to go anywhere else, just staying in the hotel! After staying here, all I can say is: I'll be comparing all other hotels to this one from now on… I've stayed in many so-called luxury hotels, both domestic and international, but this owner is a rare example of someone with OCD! The attention to detail makes you feel sophisticated everywhere you go; their aesthetic sense is impeccable! The room decor and interior furnishings are truly meticulous (in a good way)! From a small kettle to a tissue box, everything is tastefully chosen, exuding a sense of luxury that you can see, touch, and feel comfortable using. The room has underfloor heating, so there's no need to turn on the air conditioning, and it's not dry at all. The slippers are always warm! I've stayed in many seemingly luxurious hotels, but the details are nowhere near as impressive as Cloud Palace Starry Sky… If it were during an economic boom, I think it would be incredibly successful!! The room views are absolutely stunning! Sky, clouds, mountains, trees, and water are all right in front of you. The overall environment, cleanliness, and service are impeccable! The private hot spring bath is on the balcony; soaking in the hot spring while breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the grassland view is so soothing! I even had the illusion of being back in New Zealand/Australia…so relaxing! The service and emotional value are off the charts! The butler is so considerate! He replies to messages instantly and even drives to pick us up every morning to go to the restaurant for breakfast (the walk is actually very short). But this feeling of being taken care of is a real plus. Breakfast offers four set menus to choose from, and they are very plentiful. We usually eat around 10:30 am, combining breakfast and lunch. I recommend ordering the steak and salmon set menus! For dinner, we ordered stir-fries at the restaurant. Their chef must have an extremely high culinary skill level! The stir-fries have a smoky, wood-fired flavor, so we ate dinner at the restaurant for three consecutive days! It was so delicious, and the dinner menu was very reasonably priced! By the way, you absolutely must try their braised pork belly and cat-tooth rice fried rice! Absolutely amazing! Who came up with that?! When we left, the butler and manager even gave us a gift bag and coffee! So thoughtful, I almost felt a little embarrassed 🥹 I'll definitely bring my family back for a second visit! I've never written such a long review before… But I highly recommend this place!

This guesthouse in Tengchong is absolutely amazing! We stayed for three days with our kids and didn't want to leave! The pure white building is like Santorini, every photo is a masterpiece! The private hot spring is incredibly relaxing, and you can see stunning sunsets and breathtaking morning mist – it's like stepping into a fairytale! The rooms are luxuriously furnished and incredibly comfortable, the butler service is super attentive, and they even provide professionally edited travel photos! The location is convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, and the night view is fantastic. When choosing a guesthouse in Tengchong, this is the place to go – the experience is absolutely top-notch!

Excellent! Newly opened. It was our first time in Tengchong, so we randomly chose a place near Mayugu Town. We booked two rooms, and our friends were very satisfied. Upon closer inspection, the decor and quality were comparable to a hotel! The beds were very comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. The young lady made great coffee. For dining, we went to Banyan Tree or Angsana, both delicious. It's only a five-minute drive away! They offer pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient, even if you don't have a car.

Choosing this guesthouse for this trip was absolutely the best decision I've ever made! From the moment we arrived, we were deeply impressed by the impeccable service and the guesthouse's unique charm. Since we had out-of-town license plates, we couldn't drive directly into the area where the guesthouse was located, which made us a little nervous. Unexpectedly, after contacting the owner, he immediately drove to the intersection to pick us up without hesitation. His warm hospitality instantly dispelled our travel fatigue and sense of unfamiliarity. Upon arriving at the guesthouse entrance, the manager proactively came forward with a smile and helped us with all our luggage, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Upon entering the guesthouse, we were amazed by its unique design. This guesthouse cleverly blended two completely different styles, creating a refreshing experience. One side featured a charming Suzhou-style garden, with pavilions, waterside terraces, and winding paths. The most captivating feature was undoubtedly the large fish pond, where koi swam leisurely. In our free time, we sat by the pond feeding the fish, enjoying the rare tranquility and comfort. On the other side, the interior boasts a minimalist and stylish modern design, with smart home devices throughout, exuding a high-tech feel and fulfilling all our expectations for convenience and comfort. What surprised us even more was the owner's generous upgrade to our room for free! The room was exceptionally spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Every detail showed meticulous attention to detail, making our stay extremely pleasant and far exceeding our expectations. During our conversation, the owner also mentioned that some of their room types have special offers: booking three nights in advance entitles you to a free two-day chartered tour, and the driver is also a fantastic photographer! Hearing this, we truly regretted not planning a more spacious itinerary. This is undoubtedly a super reason to return! In short, this guesthouse is exemplary in terms of facilities, design, and service. The owner's enthusiasm and the housekeeper's attentiveness made us feel right at home. Next time we have the time, we will definitely come back to fully experience that enticing chartered tour! Highly recommended for all those seeking a quality travel experience!

There are too many B&Bs in Heshun Ancient Town. I have booked an inn. The last Baisuiyuan Inn is really very fate, cost-effective, worthwhile, the location is very good, close to the gate, no need to climb, surrounding libraries, 100-year-old side street are close, The boss also went to the entrance of the ancient town to pick us up and drop off our luggage. He also planned the route and introduced the ancient town. He was very careful. The inn was really very atmospheric. It was antique. It was also a representative one around this ancient town.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

This time, we booked a 180-degree floor-to-ceiling hot spring king-size bed room. When I woke up in the morning, the sun shone in. In the evening, I watched the sunset dye the skyline red. That feeling made me forget all my worries. Breakfast is not a perfunctory buffet! It is an authentic Tengchong-style breakfast, with rice noodles, rice noodles, freshly baked sweet potatoes... Sitting in the viewing restaurant, the appetite is particularly good! The butler will also arrange for you to have an exquisite afternoon tea, small-grain coffee, seasonal fruits, special snacks... Here comes the point! It is super convenient to live here. The treasure attraction Ginkgo Village is just a short drive away! In addition to these, Sanchatang is not far from the hotel! The water here is particularly clear and the air is so good! Take a walk and breathe fresh air. Sisters who like quietness and love nature must not miss it. In addition to these, there are also the characteristics of the hotel. Learn to brew a pot of mellow Yunnan Pu'er here, and feel the Zen of slowing down~ Experience the hotel's horseback riding walk. There is a place next to it where you can safely see cute little monkeys (pay attention to safety and follow the instructions). Bring some peaches to feed them, which is super fun! After a busy day, what could be more refreshing than jumping into the private hot spring in the room? It's all hot spring water, soaking away your fatigue, looking at the stars and listening to the chirping of insects, and completely relaxing~

Location: Situated at the foot of Yunfeng Mountain, it's just a few minutes' ride on the hotel's shuttle directly into the scenic area. Surrounded by lush mountains, you can see the peak of Yunfeng Mountain from the hotel's public areas, shaped like a pen rack, with a Ming Dynasty Taoist temple on the central summit and the Queen Mother's Palace halfway up the mountain. The culinary skills at the Yinwu Restaurant are excellent, and we all left feeling very full. Cleanliness: The service staff were generally adequate, though occasionally requests took a while to be fulfilled. After checking in, some minor cleaning details had been missed. Facilities: Most facilities are quite new, and the smart features are well-implemented. However, to use the hot springs, you need to call the control room via the landline, but sometimes no one answers, though they do call back later. The water temperature might require changing the water a few times to maintain a sufficient heat. Service: Our butler, Xiao Yang, connected with us in advance. However, with many guests, it seems he couldn't always manage everything, for instance, when I asked for a comb, the attendant brought a different kind. So, more attention to detail is needed. Overall, there might be a slight disparity between the price and the experience.

The hotel's environment is excellent, with windows facing a forest. I woke up to birdsong in the morning, and in the evening, I could smell the grass and trees while soaking in the private hot spring. Although the decor isn't luxurious, it's clean, convenient, and has a natural ambiance. For a family trip, these qualities are more practical than fancy decorations. For breakfast, you can customize the Tengchong-style Ersi noodles with over ten different toppings, and the soup is delicious. The staff proactively refilled coffee and cleared plates promptly. The service quality of the staff was excellent!

This hotel is located within the Atami scenic area. The price includes admission to Atami, access to the Beauty Pool, the hotel shuttle bus, breakfast, and evening porridge with sweet soup. It's an excellent value, and the food is delicious. If you want to visit the Bath Valley, it's only an additional 60 RMB. Thanks to its prime location, you can enjoy the hot springs when it's less crowded in the evenings and mornings. The Beauty Pool is exclusive to hotel guests and is not open to the general public, with fresh hot spring water (first run of the day) at 9:30 AM. The Bath Valley, however, is open to the public and tends to have many tour groups, with its first run of hot spring water starting at 9 AM. Also, the rooms are not as bad as some reviews suggest. While they don't have the modern decor of a new hotel, they are very comfortable and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it! P.S. A big thank you to the lady at the front desk and a gentleman there. My boyfriend sprained his ankle during a previous trip, and they provided us with Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine for injuries) and even helped carry our luggage upstairs. Their service was incredibly warm and thoughtful 🙏
