It's true that the breakfast is weaker, and it can't be compared with the rich Chinese and Western food in Banyan Tree, which is different every day. But after experiencing the water lily theme dinner, the cross-bridge rice noodle set, and the goose meat bibimbap set, I know that Bailian can not only handle exquisite dining, but also make the taste of home. The goose oil bibimbap set surprised me. I just arrived at the hotel from the scenic spot at more than two o'clock, and the restaurant had prepared meals for me. The fragrant goose oil rice, simple and refreshing vegetables, and vegetable soup simply saved my appetite. The water lily dinner was also set up in advance, with 6 dishes, Dahe Zhuangyuan red wine, and sparkling white tea, full of ritual sense. The hotel design is low-key and luxurious, with a large high roof, Burmese wood, water, bamboo and light and shadow. It may be because of the change in the hotel's business direction that the original lobby entrance was abandoned, some furniture configurations were slightly inconvenient, and the room sound insulation was slightly poor. I often heard pushing and pulling objects, walking and sound in the corridor. It was a bit inconvenient to find a full-length mirror in the house. The tea garden is highly recommended, and everyone should not miss the afternoon sunshine here. I hope Tengchong Bailian will get better and better, and I look forward to meeting again!
