Spa Hotels in Shiyan

The price was absolutely worth it! The room was bright, spacious, and well-ventilated, with simple yet tasteful decor. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation. The staff were polite and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide, fresh selection. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay – it's truly rare to find such an experience at this price point! A special shout-out to the kind, attentive, and very professional young lady with glasses at the front desk!

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Just stayed at this newly renovated hotel, I was amazed as soon as I entered the lobby. The overall style is refreshing and design, and there is no pungent smell of new decoration. The room was even more pleasant, the bedding was soft, the hardware in the washing area was shiny, and even the light of the small desk lamp was particularly comfortable. The service can also keep up. The front desk lady checked in super quick, and also reminded the delicious food and play guides around. In short, it is too comfortable to live, and this house has been listed in the ”must live here list”, and it must be five-star encouragement!

Facilities: The rooms are very smart, and the newly renovated hotel has a well-designed design. Cleanliness: The rooms are new, and the bedding is very nice and clean. I saw a truck bringing in freshly washed linens from the foot of the mountain. Environment: The environment is nice, located near Nanyan Rock and, most importantly, across from the bus stop. Service: The butler service, accessible via WeChat, was warm and attentive. They helped us plan our route and even brought our luggage down the mountain, leaving us hands-free for exploring. This is an extremely cost-effective B&B in the mountains!
