GGuest UserThis time I came to Shiyan and stayed at the Vienna Hotel on Dongyue Road for a few days. The experience was great! The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is located in the city center, and it is convenient for eating and shopping around. Walking into the lobby, the decoration style is elegant and atmospheric, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling instantly. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it smells especially good when sleeping.
The service attitude of the hotel staff is particularly good. From the warm reception at the front desk to the smiling greetings of the cleaning aunt when meeting, it makes people feel very warm. And if there is any need, the staff can respond and solve it in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is good, which can meet different taste needs. In short, this stay at the Vienna Hotel is full of experience. I will choose here when I come to Shiyan in the future. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is located on a mountain, it feels like a five-star! The location is super convenient, right next to Qiongtai Station and just a few minutes' walk from Qiongtai Zhongguan. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to go up to Golden Summit early in the morning!
The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The complimentary coffee (made with SOE beans) was also delicious and aromatic. Plus, the hotel has five adorable and friendly cats! I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to Wudang Mountain!

RRuby Sum YuThis homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot!
We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours.
This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location.
这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢.
我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。
这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

The most surprising harvest of this trip to Wudang was staying at this newly opened homestay.
The location of the homestay is excellent. You can reach the visitor center parking lot by a staircase next to the house. This convenience can cleverly avoid the queue to enter the parking lot. You can reach the entrance of the scenic spot at the earliest, eliminating the queue time for the follow-up Jingjiao car and the cable car.
The whole homestay is brand new, the whole house is equipped with a smart home system, lighting, curtains, toilets can be controlled by voice, and the sense of technology and convenience coexist. Every detail from sanitary ware to hair dryer reveals the texture of selected brands, which is not a standard for perfunctory. This taste makes the accommodation experience far more than expected.
The boss and his family were very enthusiastic. He told us about the Taoist culture and historical allusions of Wudang Mountain. His story was not based on the book, but integrated into his understanding and understanding. The breakfast was warm and delicious, and he lent us crutches to climb the mountain.
All in all, this homestay together constitutes a perfect accommodation experience with its excellent location, brand-new smart facilities, high-grade hardware configuration, full of pot breakfast and the enthusiasm of the boss's family. MMickaelChiaI really liked the service quality of the lady who checked me in. She was engaging, efficient and effective. In this respect I give her 10/10. However she knocked on my door after I had gone to sleep to inquire why I didn't give the hotel a higher rating. On the second she knocked the door again. The reason was she didn't see me going out and wondered if something was wrong. I thank her now for the concern. Nevertheless it is important for her to understand that guests don't want to be disturbed especially when they are about to sleep or were already sleeping. I emphasised to her this point. Second, she needs to understand that WHEN to speak is as important as WHAT is said and how it's said. I write with no ill feelings but with the hope she will learn and have a good career and happy life.
