So happy with our stay this time with the kids! The hotel has a great variety of family-friendly activities, and the kids' club is fully equipped. The staff are incredibly patient with children. Our room was clean and spacious, and they even provided child-friendly amenities, so we didn't have to worry about a thing while traveling with little ones. We'll definitely be back with the whole family next time!

The room was fully equipped, the environment was stunning and spotless, and the butler, Xiao Jia, provided attentive and prompt service. Breakfast and takeout could be delivered to the room, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and the room had a sea view, making the sound of the waves very soothing. First off, we could check in at 2 PM, received a free room upgrade, and were allowed a late checkout until 2 PM – an amazing experience all around! Secondly, the hotel's beach offers great privacy; it's exclusively for guests, so you don't share it with outsiders, which feels very safe. You can leave your phone and room key anywhere without worry. Finally, I have to praise the small shop on the far right by the beach. The BBQ and beer are affordable, and it’s a VIP spot for watching fireworks! The hotel service is also excellent; they're very responsive to everything, and staff politely greet you wherever you go. I almost forgot to mention the small zoo – seeing all the white pigeons fly over for a peanut was quite a spectacle! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the black swan I was hoping for this time. I’ll definitely be back to this hotel!

The next day I stayed, I directly caught a cold. The explanation given by the staff is that the air conditioner is cleaned frequently and the room is sealed, so the temperature will continue to cool down. This statement is completely unconvincing. Although it is not a major fault, the temperature control system defect is true, and the comfort of staying is greatly reduced. Compared with acceptable hardware, soft services such as hotel services and event arrangements are short-term. The hotel is located in a hundred mu of tea garden, also equipped with a park aid truck, but there is no paper guide map. The pictures of the park sent by the housekeeper are unclear, and the guests travel by themselves. The overall operation of the hotel is completely priority to ”take pictures and punch in”, ignoring the real play experience of tourists. We arrived on time to participate in the parent-child activities, but were told to make way for the professional shooting team (do not understand what team is); The riding experience is only for taking pictures, the 15-minute experience process, and even the project that wants to extend the time more deeply is not set up, which is in form. I am not enthusiastic about punching in and taking pictures. This kind of operation mode with a heavy surface and light experience is difficult to meet the pragmatic travel needs of the people of the Greater Bay Area. Various parent-child activities seem colorful, and the actual preparation is not sincere. All hand-made projects are entrusted to interns without professional experience. Students can temporarily find tutorials online to bring children to experience, although they can see that the interns try their best to cooperate, but it is enough to see that the hotel itself has not invested in professional teachers, standardized courses, and the quality of activities is perfunctory. The most deadly and unacceptable problem of this trip is the hidden dangers of catering. My child and I ate in the hotel for three days and two nights, and did not eat any food outside. On the second night of my stay, I suddenly had serious diarrhea. At first, I mistakenly thought that the air conditioner was cold and there was no timely feedback; Follow-up diarrhea symptoms continued to worsen, I repeatedly urgently went off the high speed to find the bathroom on the way back. The next day I returned to Shenzhen, my symptoms worsened, and I went directly to the hospital for emergency treatment. Combined with the dining record and the simultaneous gastrointestinal discomfort, it can basically be determined that the hotel meal caused gastrointestinal problems. Two days after the meal, I can't keep direct evidence of food, but only hotel dining, synchronized diarrhea, medical emergency, etc. are real and evidenced. There is a beautiful environment and brand-new hardware, but there are serious omissions in temperature control, supporting guidelines, event services, and catering safety. The experience of this stay was very poor and very disappointing. It is not recommended for family and children.

The bathroom floor and walls also looked a bit yellow. Perhaps it's because the hotel has been open for a while..... Also, there's a paid amusement park that costs 85 for all-day unlimited entry (it's very small; the hotel's free one is even smaller). When buying tickets, the staff didn't tell us about a 48 single-entry option, so the pricing felt opaque... Pros: The hot spring and water facilities are in the building next door. This building seems to be newly built, and it's cleaner than the hotel itself. 👍 There's free tea and watermelon within the resort. That's a plus! 👍 We went on a Thursday during the summer, so the crowds weren't too bad, and the water park attractions were a good experience (suitable for young children and seniors; my middle schooler found it boring). 👍 The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety, and the quality was decent (the breakfast rice rolls were delicious! The soy sauce was essential!). 👍 Overall, for this price and experience during peak season, it was okay. 😄

The overall health of the hotel is maintained very well, whether it is in the public area or in the room, it gives people a refreshing and tidy feeling. The environment of the manor is very carefully arranged, and it is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner. The experience of this short vacation is generally very relaxing, and I will consider coming again if I have the opportunity in the future.

It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day. The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids. There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.

When I went to Xunliao Bay this time, I didn’t expect to stay in such a good hotel. The price/performance ratio is super high. This red sea view hotel is in a good location. The high floors still have unparalleled sea views. You can see the sea even while lying on the bed! The hotel is very clean, the sheets and duvet covers are all new, the toiletries are of good quality, and there is free mineral water. Parking is convenient. I will stay here again next time!
