It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. The king-size bed room could fit a family of four, haha, very good. Facilities: There's a water park, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, and a lazy river. Service: I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but then I saw a room with a lazy river and went to the front desk to ask if I could switch. Luckily, one was available, and they let me switch. The experience was really great, and the service was excellent. The kids had a fantastic time, and we adults also had a lot of fun. We even tried parasailing by the sea!

The front desk service was enthusiastic, and we received a free room upgrade to a higher floor with a fantastic view. The sea was incredibly clean and beautiful. The hotel offers an amazing array of activities, and it's rare to find a beachfront hotel with private hot springs – highly recommend! Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of options and tasted great. We had a wonderful time playing and eating!

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

The hotel service was quite good. The front desk lady even helped us upgrade our room. Although the room was a bit old, it was well-maintained overall. It would be even better if they could upgrade the lighting in the room. The kids loved it, and we'll definitely come back next time! However, whatever you do, avoid the water amusement project next door. We went on their night squid fishing trip. It was agreed that we would charter the boat, and the captain would give us any squid he caught. But in the end, we didn't get any. They also post fake photos, pretending their catches are the guests' to trick tourists into thinking it's easy, but it's really not – it's very hard to catch anything! Three people fished for three hours and only caught one squid, and the captain wouldn't even give us the ones he caught.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The Ramada Hotel boasts an excellent location with unbeatable sea views from the room. The room itself was spotless and odor-free. The service was warm and attentive. The complimentary ferry tickets to Dual-fish Island and water park passes significantly boosted the value for money. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is very convenient.

During peak season, it was too crowded, and the service was a bit lacking. Our room balcony smelled like urine, but the cleaning staff was so busy that no one came for over 20 minutes. I also saw some feces on the carpet in the public area on the first floor that hadn't been cleaned up promptly. With so many people, anything can happen... The main restaurant was full, so we had to go to the temporary buffet on the second floor. Waiting for the elevator also took a long time. The soundproofing in the room was very poor; we could hear fireworks on the beach until past midnight and even the noise of motorcycles revving their engines. The family room only had one bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I felt the hotel's facilities and service were inadequate. The only good thing was the beach; it was relatively flat and convenient for swimming. In the afternoon, it was shaded by the buildings, but in the morning, it was very sunny.

This was an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, our butler Lucy had already prepared our room, allowing us to skip the long check-in queue. We needed an extra bed, and Ms. Zeng (Amy) from Housekeeping arranged it perfectly, ensuring everyone had a comfortable and restful sleep. The hotel's activities were fantastic and varied, including the water park, pool foam party, beach activities, and the fitness center, which also offered many options. Special thanks to Ms. Li (Sofia) at the fitness center's front desk for her prompt and thoughtful arrangements, which kept the children thoroughly entertained. During the busy breakfast hours, we were so grateful to our butler Lucy and Angelina from the restaurant for arranging our meals. Before we left, they even gave us little sea turtles and postcards as souvenirs, and the kids immediately started asking when we could come back. Many thanks again to the hotel and all the staff who helped us. We look forward to seeing you again!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
