Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Anonymous UserThe villa we stayed in offered excellent privacy and had ample space. The hotel also boasted amenities such as a chess and card room and a hot spring, making for a very pleasant experience. The hotel environment was excellent, with beautiful scenery. Our butler, Zeng, was attentive and responsible, resolving all issues perfectly. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room's decor rivals that of a luxury five-star hotel; the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and it was impeccably clean. While the twin beds couldn't be pushed together, the sofa could comfortably accommodate one person, which was a plus. The Round Pavilion and Square Pavilion are only 80 meters apart and share common areas; considering the room rate, booking the Square Pavilion was a great choice. The breakfast was of good quality and very fresh; the egg pancakes, fish soup noodles, and tofu pudding were all made to order and served hot. Traveling after the holiday meant we had the hot springs private, as only two were open. Going in the evening was practically like having the entire place to ourselves. I suggest adding a screen to the entrance of the women's changing room. The butler, Xiao Guo, provided truly excellent service—attentive and professional, thinking of many details, making our stay safe and comfortable. With family and elderly members, and traveling off-peak, it was another perfect vacation experience!

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The environment was pretty good, and it wasn't too crowded because of the rain. My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again.

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

hjunjun28Came to Liyang for a relaxing weekend. We arrived around noon and headed straight to the restaurant for the fish head soup, and also ordered the meatball and vermicelli dish – both were delicious! Plus, members get a discount. The room was pretty standard, but they were very responsive to all our requests. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, proactively assisting me with any issues. There's a park and the Liyang Museum nearby, both worth a visit. Overall, pretty good value for money.

Sun_411The Quchanli Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Liyang offers a tranquil and beautiful setting, and the service provided by our butler, Xiao Tao, was truly impressive. Upon check-in, he not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and surrounding attractions, but also recommended a suitable itinerary based on my preferences. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the hot springs were clear and refreshing. Xiao Tao also thoughtfully prepared afternoon coffee for us, truly making me feel incredibly cared for throughout my trip. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, and the service attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation!

The hotel in the scenic area was very convenient; they upgraded our room for free. The receptionist, Wen Zulan, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her service was superb; she maintained a friendly smile throughout, and every action exuded professionalism and approachability. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!
