"Returned to this hotel, and Lulu from the customer service center proactively asked about my preferences beforehand, arranging a room I was very happy with. At check-out, she also promptly asked about my stay – such service absolutely deserves full marks! The freshly cooked noodle station at breakfast and the local snacks were an amazing surprise. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the minibar was refilled promptly. This kind of service, which focuses not only on sleep but also on your taste buds and leisure experience, is just perfect. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!"

"Although there was a slight hiccup during check-in, both Trip.com and the hotel handled it promptly and appropriately, which is commendable – it's always great when issues are resolved quickly. I've always been quite fond of Accor hotels, but there aren't many new ones opening in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region. So, on this trip to Taizhou, I decided to give this one a try. The room itself was basically odor-free, though some parts of the public areas still had a slight smell, and the elevator to the parking lot had a rather strong odor. Right next door is Wuyue Plaza, which has a Cha Yan Yue Se (bubble tea shop) and is great for browsing and eating. The hotel lobby bar is also good, and the pastry shop is called 'Croissant House,' clearly showing confidence in their croissants. I tried them at breakfast and they were indeed excellent, so I bought a lot more pastries to take home. The bedding was very comfortable, and the toiletries were Lanvin, though I wasn't a big fan of the scent of the bath products. The floor drain had an intermittent odor. It's definitely very close to the high-speed train station, which resulted in a bit of noise. However, luckily, the frequency of trains at night isn't high, so it didn't significantly affect my sleep. Overall, you can tell the hotel is well-managed, and the staff are all very friendly and professional."

"This stay at the Maoshan Oriental Salt Lake City Mountain Retreat Inn provided me with an immersive vacation experience that far exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just a place to rest during my trip, but more like ”another home” hidden in this idyllic town. The innkeeper, Bai Yuhan, provided excellent service and left a deep impression on us! First and foremost, I must praise the superb location and environment. The inn itself is situated in the heart of the scenic area, offering breathtaking views from every window. The green tiles and white walls create a scene reminiscent of the Wei and Jin dynasties. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and strolling through the ancient town at night amidst the swaying red lanterns—this feeling of living in a painting is a tranquility and beauty that day travelers cannot experience. The accommodation facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations! Thumbs up for the facilities at the Oriental Salt Lake City Mountain Retreat Inn! 👍 Attention to detail is evident. Our room was antique yet modern and comfortable, and spotlessly clean—no wonder it received a 4.7-star cleanliness rating from other guests. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; even family members who are sensitive to cold slept soundly through the night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and no unpleasant odors. For families with children, the hotel thoughtfully provided festive snacks, a truly considerate touch. But what touched us most was the heartwarming service. From the moment we checked in through the Zhuque Gate, the service from the ”Golden Key” staff made us feel meticulously cared for. I especially want to thank the owners; they were not only efficient at check-in but also thoughtfully reminded us of the day's show times and sightseeing routes. They even helped me with my large suitcase, smiling throughout – a truly heartwarming gesture. Even more surprising was that upon returning from our evening outing, the owners prepared homemade white fungus soup and fruit for us. This ”owner's culture” of care truly made us feel at home. This stay made me deeply understand why the Mountain Retreat Inn has such high ratings on Ctrip. The facilities are basic, but service is the soul. Next time I visit Salt Lake City, this will definitely be my first choice. Facilities: Excellent! Hygiene: Excellent! Environment: Excellent! Service: Excellent!"

"Facilities: This hotel, newly opened in 2026, had no renovation smell and the facilities were very new. The curtains and sheers were electric, which was very convenient. The bedroom had a great view, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The toiletries were good, and the hairdryer was a Dyson, showing the hotel's attention to detail. The room was spacious and suitable for family travel. Service: The service was excellent, especially from Manager Zhu and Xiao Hua. They arranged for us to stay in two rooms together. Manager Zhu also recommended some local delicacies in Changzhou, which we tried later and found delicious! Cleanliness: The room was very clean. The room had a minibar and welcome fruit. Breakfast was served in the executive lounge, with a wide variety of options, including many Changzhou specialties; the wontons were particularly tasty. Overall, it was excellent, with exceptionally high value for money. It's probably the best value five-star hotel in Changzhou, and it's only about a 20-minute drive from Changzhou Railway Station, which is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changzhou! 👍🏻"
