The hotel environment is very nice and quiet, perfect for a trip. A special thank you to our butler, Zeng, who was always there for us. Today, a regular business traveler had a new problem – he had completely forgotten about his suitcase, leaving it lying on the roadside. It was Zeng who helped find and keep it safe. 🙏

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and communicative, making for a great experience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The only minor drawback was the limited pillow selection; I wanted to swap for a more suitable pillow, but the hotel didn't have any available, which slightly affected my sleep. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

This hotel is incredibly quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Chinese restaurant and gym are both excellent. The pool comes with a steam room; though I couldn't use it due to a health condition, it's a great recreational amenity, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room space is also very generous, making for a fantastic holiday experience. The only noticeable cost-cutting measure was the brand of bottled water provided.

The family room is spacious, the top space is very good, there is a bathtub for dry and wet separation, and the bathroom is also independent. The bedding is clean and tidy, there is no smell, there are no small bugs in the room, sleeping 💤 is very quiet, the special soup is not to be missed, after a day of playing, come back to relax and sleep beautifully. It is really an inn in the scenic area. The scenic area is c. It is very close to everywhere. It is the stream rafting and the spiritual pet paradise. It is very convenient to walk anywhere. Of course, the butler's service is also first-class. We added WeChat one day in advance, informed the play items and instructions, and helped to make an appointment for the free tour in advance. There is also a special vip Zijin bracelet for Yanquan Hanguan. There is an independent channel for rafting without queuing, unlimited brushing! Today, the check-out housekeeper Xiao Liu was very intimate to help the check-out time delay. The 24-hour WeChat butler service was meticulous. This time I brought the children to play. Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

The experience of staying in this hotel far exceeded expectations, the room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally. The service is warm and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, always smiling, and the demand is responsive. The sound insulation effect is excellent, the night is quiet like sleep; the breakfast is rich in variety, local snacks and Western meals are taken into account. Details are attentive, such as free minibar, smart lighting control, plush bathrobes, can be called a warm harbor on the journey.

The hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel room is not big, and it is just around the university town. The transportation is very convenient, and you can eat when you go out. However, the several sockets in the room may have been damaged by someone plugging a hair dryer. I hope they can be repaired as soon as possible.
