Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

This new hotel has a great design and is excellent value for money; I've already recommended it to my friends. The hotel included breakfast this time, and Dana at the front desk upgraded my room. The room is somewhat similar to the InterCity hotel I've stayed in before; the 65-inch TV with its projection screen is fantastic, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The restaurant is large, has a great atmosphere, and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. In the evening, I spent 20 minutes on the treadmill, then used the self-service laundry service to throw away my dirty clothes; the staff even bagged them and brought them back to my room. Overall, it's a hotel I'd definitely stay at again.

The resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

This time we planned to go to Oriental Salt Lake City to celebrate the Spring Festival. I was very nervous at first because it was the first time for our whole family to go out for the New Year, and I was worried that my family members would be unhappy. However, I was amazed by the service of Yanquan Hanguan. From the very beginning, the thoughtful road guidance from Yanniu housekeeper to the comprehensive scenic area service tips and hotel service introduction from Xiao Wang at the front desk made us feel very comfortable. The hotel is an antique building, which makes us feel the festive atmosphere. There were many activities in the scenic area during the Chinese New Year. When we walked on the road, all the staff and volunteers greeted us enthusiastically and said blessings. When we returned to the hotel after shopping in the evening, we were provided with a bowl of Tremella soup and calming and sleeping incense for free so that we could have a good rest. It was a really great stay and I will come again.

This summer, I took my kids to Changzhou and booked a Deluxe King Room at this hotel. It's an older five-star hotel, but the facilities are still great. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and they even had Changzhou's local specialty, silver thread noodles. A special shout-out to Xiaomei, one of the service staff, who was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and very helpful.

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

My overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and the room facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. Check-in was efficient, the staff were gentle and attentive, and all my requests were handled promptly. A special thank you to Cynthia for thoughtfully coordinating the airport transfer service. She proactively confirmed my departure time and informed me of the pick-up location in advance, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout, which relieved any worries about catching an early flight. The food was decent, the public areas were clean, and the value for money was good. I'll definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area.

I chose this hotel for a trip with my child, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, with enough space for my child to run around. They even provided children's toiletries and small slippers, which was a very thoughtful touch. Front desk staff, Lily and Ella, were very gentle with my child and responded quickly to any questions. The surrounding area was convenient for transportation and dining. It was very comfortable to return to the room to rest after a tiring day of playing. My child enjoyed their stay very much, and it made traveling with a child stress-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

My friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However, Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available. Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.
