Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The hotel is clean, hygienic, and has a great location. The front desk service was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay! The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient, patiently answering all questions. The location is also convenient, perfect for outings and shopping. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with impeccable cleanliness. It's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. I highly recommend it!

The resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

We love this place! The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff and personal butlers- 李雪梅 were warm, professional, and always willing to help. Any additional requests we had were handled promptly and thoughtfully, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. The park itself is a beautifully designed destination inspired by traditional Chinese culture and the world of ancient martial arts and fantasy. The landscaping is stunning, with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings that make every corner feel picturesque. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout the park—there were plenty of delicious dining options to enjoy. This is a wonderful destination for families with children as well as anyone looking to experience a unique blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. We had an amazing time and would gladly recommend it to anyone planning a family getaway.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and what I particularly loved was how convenient the location was for getting around. There are so many restaurants nearby, which was perfect for us as we wanted to try local cuisine. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Zhou Qi at the front desk for her excellent service. I asked for ice, and by the time I got back to my room, it was already waiting at my door. Thank you all!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

My overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and the room facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. Check-in was efficient, the staff were gentle and attentive, and all my requests were handled promptly. A special thank you to Cynthia for thoughtfully coordinating the airport transfer service. She proactively confirmed my departure time and informed me of the pick-up location in advance, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout, which relieved any worries about catching an early flight. The food was decent, the public areas were clean, and the value for money was good. I'll definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area.

This summer, I brought my elderly parents and children to stay at the Marriott Hotel in Liyang. Before the typhoon, Ms. Sylvia at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and helped us arrange our room and breakfast. The doorman was also very proactive in helping us with our luggage and directing us to the restaurant and parking lot. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor had surprisingly amazing dishes; the kids absolutely loved the black rice, and every main course was incredibly delicious, earning high praise. The breakfast buffet on the first floor was also excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, and they even had Jianbing (Chinese crepes)! The pool on the 4th floor is perfect for children, and there's also a small hot spring pool. The hotel is very close to the Liyang Museum, making its location excellent. Highly recommended.

My friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However, Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available. Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.
