Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The environment was pretty good, and it wasn't too crowded because of the rain. My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir. Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris. Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

We originally booked the Yanquan Han Hotel, but because the holiday was approaching, the reserved room was no longer available. They upgraded us to a lake view room at Shanju Inn for free. Their attitude in handling the problem showed us the hotel's sense of responsibility. The lake view room is adjacent to the lake and has a panoramic view of the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious, with complete facilities and high living comfort. What also impressed me deeply was the service of the hotel. The aunt at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She guided us to the room, gave us a thoughtful introduction, and helped us check in our luggage when we left. Her sincere attitude was very warm. If I come to Yancheng Lake again, I will still choose to stay here.

The room didn’t look like the pictures, different layout and nowhere near as big. However it was still a nice room and had a comfortable bed. Wasn’t told the wifi information so had to call reception to clarify. The tv was not very big and was far from the bed so was hard to watch when lying in bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they were excellent. I would stay here again but in a different room as I don’t think the pictures are a true reflection of the room, I don’t think the price was worth what I paid.

I stayed here for a business trip, and the check-in experience far exceeded my expectations – truly a five-star hotel. I arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was still energetic and welcoming, without any signs of being tired or impatient. The identity verification and registration process was quick and efficient, not dragging on or wasting time, allowing me to complete all check-in procedures swiftly. The staff member, Yuehou, was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively asked if I preferred a higher floor, explained how to use the smart controls for the air conditioning and curtains, and even offered complimentary bottled water. The communication was easy and comfortable, completely devoid of rigid, standardized service; instead, it felt considerate at every turn. The hotel's registration system was smooth and hassle-free, arranging everything perfectly even with accompanying guests. Efficient, gentle, and professional all at once, my first impression upon checking in was excellent. This will be my top choice for accommodation on future trips!

True to the Marriott brand, the quality is consistently reliable. The entire room was clean and fresh, the amenities were of outstanding quality, and the sleep experience was excellent. The service was warm and friendly, with great attention to detail. The convenient location made dining and accommodation hassle-free. Overall, the experience was perfect; I felt safe and comfortable, and it's definitely on my list for a return stay!

Upon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!
